Middlesex Auto Body was started in 1952 by Donald Williams and Joseph Nightingale when Harry Truman was still President. The company's original location was on Middlesex Avenue near Mutual One Bank (formally Natick Federal). In 1957, Don and Joe decided to build a 2700 square foot building here at our current location at 8 Harrison Street.
Close to the Downtown Natick Commuter Rail stop providing easy access to commuters into Boston. Full down draft, multi filtered, and heated spray booth to oven bake the new paint to factory like appearance. 2 mid size and 2 full size drive on frame machines allow for full 360 pulling, straightening, & 3D measuring capabilities.
A calm and informed reaction at the scene after an accident will reduce your chances for additional grief and expense. Take pictures with your cell phone BEFORE the cars are moved from the spot of the accident if it is safe and possible to do so. 7. When in doubt, call the police, and wait for them to arrive before moving the cars.

I've had Middlesex Auto Body help me recently with a bumper cover replacement on an older car. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help answer my questions during the process and the estimate was very accurate. The shop is very responsive and turnaround time is great. They do excellent work and the finished product looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the excellent work Middlesex Auto Body did on my car. My car was ready before expected and priced very reasonably. Jeff and his team did a fantastic job removing a dent and painting the fender to match the rest of the car. To my surprise, the car looked brand new when I picked it up since other scratches on the vehicle were removed and the entire car was buffed out. I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle repair.

I selected Middlesex Auto Body because of their excellent reviews, and now I am writing one of my own. This is a very professional and knowledgeable shop, and a pleasure to work with. They did good work on my car and delivered it within the promised timeframe. Jeff and Steve were courteous and helpful, as was all the staff. While I hope not to need body work in the future, I would definitely go back to Middlesex if the need arose.

I highly recommend this Autobody shop- they have excellent customer service and respond to all calls and questions. Jeff did such an excellent job with our Audi recently! He is a perfectionist and it shows in the work. I wouldn't think twice before sending friends to him or going back myself (although I hope I won't need more autobody repairs anytime soon). We had a bit of a glitch with our insurance and the estimator wasn't a friendly guy, but Jeff handled it well so the process went smoothly for me. Thank you Jeff and your team... Went to middlesex auto body when I was backed into, back in September. Jeff was awesome to work with and he makes the process as easy as possible for the customer. He worked with me to find a time that was convenient to get it fixed, him and his guys were quick, efficient, and fixed it in a week as promised. I brought my 2016 Ford F-250 Lariat to Jeff at Middlesex Auto Body for another project. My tailgate was stolen in January. This tailgate has probably over one hundred pieces and parts, along with a camera and step ladder. I put my trust in Middlesex Auto Body over my local Ford dealership to paint, assemble and install the tailgate. As expected, they came through with quality work in a timely fashion. Jeff also worked well with getting the insurance claim squared away. He also was extremely honest with every step in the process. I highly recommend Jeff and his team for all types of repair work

I had a pretty sizable dent in my rear bumper after my car was hit and I am so happy that I found Middlesex Auto Body to take care of it. Jeff was so easy to work with and made sure I was clear on what work was going to be done as well as the details of the cost estimate. He had told me that the process would take 3 days to paint the new bumper and replace it, but also offered me a 1 day option where he ordered my bumper early and painted it prior to me bringing the car in for installation. I am extremely pleased with the turnout and am so happy that my car looks brand new again! I would 100% recommend

Fantastic experience, I can't say enough about the total experience. I did a lot of research into auto body shops and based on that research decided to give Middlesex a try. I was blown away by the great work done on the car (it was only a few months old when it was hit) and how they managed the insurance companies. Friendly, very thorough, and take the time to provide you with important details that you may not even know to ask. I've had work done here twice now and it has been outstanding. Not only has the quality of work been awesome, but the customer service was also great. On both occasions, I was unfamiliar with the insurance process and how this was supposed to work. Jeff patiently walked me through the steps and advocated for me to get what was best for me. Also on both occasions, you literally cannot see where the original damage was because the body work was perfect. I would never even consider going somewhere else for future body work.

I have used MAB now for over 15 years whenever I have been hit or needed a scratch or scrape repaired on my vehicles. Both Steve and Jeff Williams have been very honest with me about setting expectations on the repair process, outlining exactly their repair process and how they interact with the various insurance companies.

Since January I've had someone hit my parked car on two separate occasions. After the first incident, I brought my car to Middlesex Auto Body based on all of the positive reviews. I just recently brought it in a second time after an excellent first experience. I couldn't ask for better customer service; the first time I came in Steve met me on a Sat when they're normally closed. I also appreciated the transparency in pricing, (something I've never seen in other body shops). The hourly rates are hanging on a sign and they showed me the cost of parts in their catalog. After backing up in my driveway in my wife's car and hitting the front of my car, I had two cars that needed some body repair. When I found out from my insurance company that this was a moving violation and that I would be billed a surcharge for 7 years (love this state!), paying for repairs in cash became the plan. The whole staff was friendly, professional, responsive.....and the work done on both care was excellent at a very fair price. I was very happy and relieved to get this all done. I have not dealt with an auto body shop for decades. If you need one, I would definitely go here. BTW
