It's rare to find honesty, professional work, and direct communication in the car repair world. Without a doubt Mincucci's embodies all of these traits. This is my second time using the shop, and the entire process from dropping the car off, understanding what needed to be fixed, and finally picking up was absolutely smooth. I can't say recommend this place enough, John is a breath of fresh air in this muddled world of car repair places.

John and his crew is amazing! Everyone from the Appraiser to the crew at Enterprise Car Rental agree, they all had so many amazing things to say about Minucci. The process is absolutely seamless. Best prices for repairs, email updates on when your car when will be ready. They return your car exactly when they say they will and it was also cleaned! I will never go anywhere else regardless of the distance!!!

I can't say enough about this auto body shop. The Minuccis are salt of the earth people and I had an excellent experience. Don't know why there are not more 5 star reviews! From the beginning, John M was respectful, patient and kind to me. I didn't have to worry about any of the process, it was handled seamlessly and his price was very fair. They were kind enough to fix a small dent that had nothing to do with my accident for no charge AND replace the battery on my key which was low! My car was repaired in a timely manner and it looks like new. Definitely go to them if you want

I recently had my jeep repaired by these wonderful people. John promised my car would be ready by Friday as I was going on vacation. True to his word my car was ready. He worked with the adjuster to get the estimate changed and I have never been more pleased . This is the third time that I have used their services and I will never use anyone else. They are caring and extremely professional. Not to mention that my vehicle was detailed and cleaned to perfection. THEY ARE THE BEST IN all of METROWEST for sure.

We are so thankful to Minucci Auto Body for taking time, on an extremely busy day for them, to give us an estimate for some body work for a car we had just purchased. We were under a time constraint in order to file some paperwork to return the vehicle to its previous owner. Minucci provided us with a fair written estimate in a timely manner, even though it most certainly threw a curve ball into their day. Great customer service!

After someone side-swiped my car and left a big scratches on the side of my car, I did not know the best place to have it fixed. After looking at some of the reviews here, I thought of giving them a try. This is by far the best customer service I have seen by any business. John was very courteous when I showed me the car. While I was walking out another person walking in told me that I was in good hands here. That gave me some confidence. Within a week my car was as good as new. It was not only fixed but also skip and span. He worked out everything with the insurance adjuster and did not overcharge

My work van got damaged and I was extremely paranoid about dealing with auto body shops. My friend recommended this place and she wasn't wrong about it. My van is my most important tool that I as business owner can't survive without. They worked on my van day and night getting it done as fast as possible. John followed up with me and had it ready in no time at all. They took care of all Insurance headaches, rental van and made my van look new again. I highly recommend!!!

1st off I'd like to qualify this by letting you know I'm an engineer who painstakingly pays attention to detail. I also had two teenage boys grow up and learn to drive with our cars. Needless to say we had a few trips to Minucci's some big jobs and some smaller ones. A few things about John; he doesn't take short cuts, he's upfront and the end product is amazing. I highly recommend John and his crew at Minuccis and hope I don't have to use them again.

I had a great experience working with John Minucci on my auto repairs. I had been in an accident and Minucci’s gave me good explanations of the damage and repairs needed and worked efficiently with my insurance company to get things done. I highly recommend Minucci Auto Body. They provide exceptional service and high quality work. The repairs to my vehicle required service from Minucci and a local dealer. There were challneges in repairing the sensors at the dealership which took longer to fix than expected. John kept me in the loop, made sure I wasnt without transportation and held the dealer accountable to getting my vehicle fixed properly. The tailgate of my SUV was not aligning correctly. It needed to be adjusted before I took the car to the dealership and have them re-calibrate the cameras. John did an exquisite job. I got my car the very next day. He also did not charge me. He asked me to pay him only if the dealer was able to re-calibrate the cameras successfully. When I went back to pay him, he charged by $10 less than the original quotation.
They are simply the best in this area. Their work is great, on-time and best of all they don't overcharge.

I brought my Honda Civic to Minucci this past week to fix some aesthetic scratches/dents and some deep stone chips on the hood. They got the job done much faster than I expected and my car looks beautiful! They have a relationship with Enterprise as well so getting a rental was easy. If I'm ever in need of body work again I will definitely bring my car here. They do a great job!

These guys did a great job on my 2008 RAV4. Better than I expected actually. They repaired a damaged hood, damaged side panel and buffed the rest of the car so that it looks nearly new. Even the inside looks great. They are friendly, professional, and got the car completed faster than they quoted to me. Overall, great experience.

They did superb job. Car looks like new. They fixed it in very short time.
John organized rental car for me from Enterprise and did all negotiation with insurance company. He called me a few days before car was ready to schedule pick up. Everything was ready by that time . Not only excellent job was done to my car, but also they are very nice, honest, responsible and exact people.

I'm not surprised that this shop has a 5 star rating. I could not be happier with my decision to get my car repaired here. The initial reason was pure convenience-they work with a rental car company so that you can simply drop your car off and drive off in a rental. Convenience aside, my car was PRISTINE when I picked it up. They had detailed the interior and exterior, and even repaired a few deep scratches free of charge. They obviously take a lot of pride in what they do, and I've already recommended them to a few friends who need some bodywork done.

This is a stellar business with service you don't find often. Family owned and operated by honest hard working people who want to make an uncomfortable situation as painless as possible. I was recommended by a friend when I had damage to my bumper. This was my first accident so I didn't know what to expect. John was very professional and made the process so easy. The work was fantastic, was completed when he said and he took care of the appraisal costs with the insurance company. Hopefully I don't need any body work on my car. I just did two bumper replacement with them. John is very professional and pleasant to work with. Not only they put in new bumper and a headlight, they cleaned the car inside out. They provide detailed and accurate item by item quote for you.
They surprised me by delivering beyond and above my expectation with my second car bumper replacement job. There is a dent in the front fender that is not part of the repair quote. "When we put in the new bumper, the car does not look right with the dent. So we took car of it, free of charge." Wow!
