Dr. Timothy Nguyen, a practicing general, cosmetic, implant, and orthodontic dentist in Houston, is a 1999 graduate of the University of Texas Dental Branch where he received his doctorate degree. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at The University of California at Irvine. He also is a Certified Dental Technician and manages his own private dental lab.
Dental exams are an important part of preventative tooth care. Dental exams can include teeth cleanings, x-rays, and an evaluation of your oral health and risks. Dental x-rays can be either intraoral or extraoral, to view both the teeth and structure surrounding the teeth. X-rays are used to visualize tooth decay, changes in bone density, abnormalities in roots, and tooth placement.
What is the difference between a minor toothache and advanced tooth decay? One is treatable with some good home care and maybe a filling, while the other, most likely requires a tooth extraction. As a dental patient, it can often be difficult to discern when you can rescue a tooth and when it is better to extract it and get a replacement.

This dentistry is awful. I have had work done in the past and had to return as it was done incorrectly to begin with (as I try to give them a chance to correct their wrongs). As other reviews have mentioned, they are only concerned with money and they are extremely unprofessional. Dr. Nguyen just stared at the wall while discussing pricing with me (super awkward) and Dr. Le seems to be a bit clueless and doesn't seem to know what she's doing. In addition, I heard them gossiping and speaking negatively of other patients while I was there. I went there two weeks ago, got a filling - returned

Our apt was at 2:00 we get there doors are locked, stood outside baking in the sun until 2:20 when they finally came back from lunch no apologies no nothing. Had my daughters braces put on, in less then 24 hours she has three brackets that have popped off (all she has had is broth) called them to let them know was told it will be another week until the ortho comes back in to fix it. I am taking her elsewhere.

I went to this dentist 4 years ago for a root canal. I had pain and swelling over the years but finally went to an endodontist to figure out what was going on. I was told the original work done by Dr. Tim I believe his name was.. didn't do a lot of things. He didn't go all the way down the canal of the tooth. Missed it by a lot, didn't deaden a nerve in the too either. My tooth also had 3 canals in it and I was told and verified by ultrasounds that my tooth had 3 canals and the Dr at this location only worked on 2. I know 4 years is long but for what I paid for my tooth... I now have to pay more

Took my 3 kids yesterday, and all they cared about was TAKING YOUR MONEY!! THEY DONT GAF ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR WELLNESS DONT GO HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I told them two weeks ago when I scheduled the appointment that my son has a heart murmur and he needed antibiotic prior to his visit. I got their filled out all their paper work, that was two pages of basically signatures, it didn't even anything pertaining to the needs of clients. They took my son back and started to take X-rays, I told the assistant that was fine but he needed antibiotics if they want to do
