Jade Forest is a multi-resource martial arts training facility. We offer core curriculums in the Praying Mantis and Bak Sil Lum (Northern Shaolin) styles of Kung Fu as well as programs in traditional Yang Style Tai Chi and the rarer internal Liu Ho Ba Fa system. In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, we also offer workshop / seminar presentations on related martial and healing disciplines.

Services
Sifu John Loupos has been teaching martial arts to kids since 1968. He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Psychology and has authored several books on teaching martial arts, including a children's book. One of Sifu John's guiding principles in teaching martial arts to children and young adults is that students will rise to the expectations placed on them.
Tuesday 6-7 Class Details * This will be a new crossover class catering to the needs of all Adult students, both Kung Fu and Tai Chi. I'll offer a mix of body opening/conditioning skills, traditional qigong (elements of Iron Shirt, Bagua Animal qigong, Incense qigong), open floor practice time, as well as Tai Chi straight sword and broadsword and Hanna Somatics movement patterns.
