Website
Hi, my name is Florence Nightingale Allbaugh. I was born in the Philippines, grew up in Ohio, and now live in North Carolina, USA. Understanding the impact that poverty has on people's lives, I have made it my mission to seek to provide access to quality health care and education for people who live in developing countries. It's my pleasure to serve humanity!
Services
Despite the many challenges in the world, we have made it our mission to aid in healthcare, life and education for impoverished communities in developing countries. Our goal is to extend hope and develop strategies that enable people access to quality health care and education so they can build a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Our board and volunteers exemplify all of the qualities that make our Non-Profit Organization extraordinary: integrity, expertise, and a voluntary commitment to humanity. Founder & President Motivational teacher, leader, advisor and civil rights advocate. My expertise includes program development, diversity training, and implementation.
We are proud to partner with inspiring people who work across the humanitarian sector in Northern Samar, and other locations in the Philippines. Meet one of our amazing locally engaged volunteers who helps us provide tangible support to local communities. I'm Alvin dela Paz of Montalban, Rizal, Philippines.
Oral health care for many people living in the Philippines is a luxury that most cannot afford but for the generosity of others. The children we care for often have poor dental hygiene and other tooth issues, mostly because they lack access to education on oral hygiene and access to qualified dentists.
For those of us who live in the United States, we often conduct local fundraisers to support our missions abroad. In 2019, we held a book drive at Brevard High School in North Carolina. Here is a photo of the books donated being received by the staff at the Catamaran National High School in Pambujan, Northern Samar in the Philippines.

Spent 6 summers in this incredible camp! Staff are fantastic, the bunkhouses and grounds are very nice (BMD has a lot to improve), trips and activities are a blast, and every summer is packed with fun and excitement.

The camp is organized, but the accommodations leave a lot to be desired. I'm not sure where all my laundry washed off to all the summers that I spent here. I'm still looking for it. :)

I grew up in this camp and was there again as staff member. I visited again this summer and see how there are so many additions and improvements each year. The kids look happy and the infirmary is run very well.
