In the past few weeks i have contacted several medical supply companies with no response. As a last resort I texted a friend and he referred me to Aeroflow. I completed the online eligibility form and was contacted immediately and an order was placed within moments. I am blown away by the timeliness of the response and efficiency of order placement!

Just spent 2 phone calls and 30 minutes trying to contact customer service to get signed up for cpap supplies. No answer. Been listening to the following messages over and over.
"Getting your supplies through medical insurance has never been so easy". Except when nobody picks up the phone.
"We do all of this while settling for nothing less than exceptional customer service."
Apparently understaffing customer support to the point where nobody is available to talk with your customers is "exceptional".
It's been an exceptionally poor first impression.

I use them for CPAP supplies for myself and husband. I have never had a problem with them. They have always been very helpful, courteous, and respectful in their services. They are the only company I have never had billing problems with. Their pricing and cost to me has always been reasonable and better than I have come across. Love their “flash” savings via emails for non-insurance covered items. Keep up the great service Aeroflow.

Okay so I can’t rate their Products, but I can on their customers service, or their lack of. If you open at 8 and someone is calling at 9:45 someone should answer the phone an not have it ringing for 2 minutes, I called 3 times today (Monday). Tried to message on FB but won’t talk on FB told me to call and sent me to their website. I’ve tried calling no one is picking up. There Email not working. Reason I’ve been trying to contact them is because something was sent to us from them that we didn’t order it had another persons name on it but it had our address. I am trying to get this item

Worst company to order your breast-pump through your insurance. They never respond to your emails. If you happen to talk to someone through phone or chat, they never tell their names and are super rude. They never publish bad reviews on their website, so do not be fooled with those positive feedbacks. I doubt they are all real! I regret having worked with them and would love to warn soon to be mamas to find another company to order their breast pumps. FYI- They send the items the slowest and the cheapest way in a badly packed way...do not expect to receive items before a couple of weeks if not

Amazing customer service! First of all, Courtney Wait has been an amazing communicator. After my doctor's office didn't return the prescription forms correctly, Courtney very kindly emailed me and helped me to know how to get what I needed from them. Aeroflow made the process easy and I'm so excited to use my breast pump when baby arrives! I'm definitely referring all of my friends and family! Best experience.

SO happy with my experience with Aeroflow! They helped me get my breast pump just before my insurance was going to stop covering the cost. I had to rush the process because after I started looking into it to see if I would qualify through them, an aeroflow representative called me to let me know that by the 1st of April (the next Sunday), I'd no longer get the coverage so they had to get it shipped by Friday. They worked with me to expedite the process to ensure I would get it in time to avoid paying for it myself. They were wonderful and caring. I'd highly recommend them. It also arrived

This is the company who helped me in getting a free breast pump through my insurance during my first pregnancy!
