Services
Robert Smart has represented me both professionally and personally for the last six years. As a small business owner with twenty-five years of experience building custom homes and other general real estate business in the metro west area, I have relied upon his sound advice and judgment. He is always professional, quick to respond to phone calls, and follows through with every issue.
Get on Route 128 (also known as Route 95), heading south. Take Exit 19B at Highland Avenue, Needham (2-3 miles south of junction with Massachusetts Turnpike). Follow Highland Avenue 1.3 miles to a stoplight. You will be facing a fork in the road. St. Joseph's Church is immediately to your left. Bear right at the fork (not the sharp right, however).
Robert Smart provides legal services to individuals, families, businesses and charitable organizations, contractors, developers, and citizens groups. Mr. Smart is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, and was for ten years a member of the Needham Planning Board. He is Co-Chairman of Needham's Downtown Study Committee, which will recommend zoning changes to the Town Meeting in 2008.
