Awful awful awful experience. Driver was ten minutes away, unlocked my car within 20 seconds, $200. thats fine, its expensive for this kind of work. However he proceeded to scream at me that I must use cash. Directed me to a bank, when I entered a 711 to use their ATM he chased me and screamed at me. He followed me back to my car, was shaming me for my car not being clean, and made me feel threatened and unsafe. I dont understand why I couldn't use my card, I can only think it's so he could pocket the cash. When I called the company they couldnt see how much he had charged me. The screaming and

We called this service, based on Google recommendation. My son had locked the keys in a running vehicle and did not have a lockout kit readily available. The answering service/dispatch was very polite, and the technician did call back very quickly, however, he gave a 30 minute eta but it took more than an hour. Traffic may have been the cause. It took him five minutes to unlock the door using an air wedge lockout kit and he charged $185 which is extremely above average. Needed a locksmith and found the Key Man online. They came out same day and were very helpful and professional. My elderly father was nervous about having someone come to his home to change his locks and Roy made him feel at ease.
He even made him a new car key and extra door keys for no extra charge! I would definitely recommend them! Thanks Roy!
