I called Chiko's about 7:20PM on a Saturday. My door had gotten stuck closed with me on the outside and my partner on the inside. There was a locksmith, Mike, at my house before 7:45. He actually dropped a job when he found out I was locked out!
Mike was clear about pricing and very quick. I was in my house in moments. Once I was in he returned to the dropped job. However he came back the same night and replaced the knobs. All told it was under $300. I will definitely call Chiko's if I need a locksmith again.

I locked my keys in my car and called the closest locksmith. They told me they’d call back in a few minutes with a price. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the technician who told me he was 25 minutes away. He arrived a little quicker and was polite and professional. He worked quickly.
They didn’t take advantage of my situation. I feel this company really cares about people and providing top customer service. Thank you!

Wow! Great service. I needed an extra key for my new truck. Ford dealer wanted $400 to do the job. I called Chiko's and they quoted $275. Al came to my home and kept me informed of his planned arrival time. He did an expert job. Very courteous. Very professional. Highly recommended. Great guy. I'll be calling these guys ANYTIME I need a locksmith.

We recently needed to change the locks at our home. I chose Chiko's based on reviews and the coupon, but I didn't know anything about him. But he came in about an hour, efficiently took care of the lock changes, made me several spare keys, and charged what seemed to be a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for you locksmith needs... I'm keeping his number handy in case I ever get locked out!

I was completely panicked from locking myself out. I had my dog and I had on shorts and it was getting dark. Chico was at my house in under 20 minutes! I called him in such a panic he literally dropped everything he was doing at his office to help me. When he arrived he was kind even though I had been yelling and nervous and he got me in in probably 10 seconds! He is amazing and he's very kind and gentle and a good person. Called up Chiko's on Thursday, and Itamar answered and came out the next day. My schedule for that day was all over the place, but Itamar kept in touch with me through text and we made it work pretty easily. I think when a company gives you a window - thats nice, but being able to run errands and text with the person who is actually coming is much easier and gives you much more flexibility.
He came when he said he would, and replaced one lock, and rekeyed another. I had people doing some work in my place while he was there, so I couldn't be inside while he worked, and instead shadowed

I want to thank Itamar for coming to my business very last minute to change our locks. I called and he arrived to my business within a few hours. Itamar called prior to coming and also alerted me to his arrival. Good communication. He finished re-keying 5 commercial doors for my business sooner than promised, lubricated them and had me test each door and new key. Good customer service. So thankful for this excellent service. Chiko’s Locksmith arrived quickly when I was locked out and needed urgent help.
