Dr. Paul Pin is the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and is a Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical School, as well as Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Texas A&M Medical School. Dr. Paul Pin offers a range of procedures designed to address specific problems; for example, breast augmentation, breast lift, and breast reduction can alter the size and shape of breasts.
Excess skin on the back of the upper arm is a frequent consequence of significant weight loss and aging. Men and women are often motivated to seek surgery for this problem when the skin is excessive enough to be unsightly, clothing may not fit properly due to the size and shape of the upper arms, or patients feel obligated to wear long sleeves to cover the upper arms.

Do not go to Dr Pin for rhinoplasty. I am 14 months (almost 15) out from surgery. I’m unsatisfied with my results, and he has done nothing to assure nor help the issue. I was left with a large hard UNNATURAL lump at the time of my nose. It causes droop, shadow, and it has not changed since last October. He has only told me “give it 3 more months” despite multiple attempts to explain the concern and reiterate that the issue is not resolving on its own. I can barely get a call back. If it wasn’t for his staff, he would have 1 star.

Dr Pin is amazing! I came in right after everything reopened from covid and being a 22 yo going into surgery alone (due to restrictions) Dr and staff made me feel so safe and comfortable! I have never met a dr so genuine before. I also had minimal bruising and pain and i am absolutely in love with my rhinoplasty results!

Cannot express just how happy I am with my results from my rhinoplasty which would not have been possible without Dr. Pin. I have never felt more confident in my appearance. He fixed what I was unhappy with and then some while still keeping things natural looking. Also Dr. Pin and his office staff are easy to work with and every office visit is efficient. I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.

Dr. Pin did an amazing job on my explant/lift. I had my implants for about 25 years and had been ready for a while to have them removed. Of course I was very concerned with what I would be left with. I was 58 at the time of my surgery in July 2020. I was extremely please and excited with the outcome. I love my little ones, they look and feel so much better!! Dr. Pin is very caring and kind with a great sense of humor. He makes you feel at ease from start to finish. Dr. Pin and his entire staff are fantastic!!

Dr Pin took my implants out April 2019. I paid for a lift, which he decided not to do while I was on the table without consulting me, which lead to me having another surgery in December. My implants were recalled and making me sick. My insurance pays for the removal of recalled implants but the doctor must complete a peer to peer review with the insurance company. Dr Pin as repeatedly refused to do a peer to peer. So I'm out 9k plus additional time off work for the 2nd surgery. I also have a lump from the additional drain and I'm having memory issues from being under anesthesia twice

Dr. Pin is absolutely amazing!! I got a breast augmentation from him and they look outstanding. He definitely listened to what I wanted, as I wanted to stay conservative but add some fullness. The whole process was quick and easy and the surgery took only about an hour! All of his staff is super nice and helpful. Always willing to answer my questions. HIGHLY recommend!

INCREDIBLE!! Dr Pin performed surgery on my 17 year old son, & I can’t say enough positive things about him & his staff. My son was extremely nervous & the entire staff did everything possible to put him at ease. During our first office visit, Dr Pin took the time to relate to my son & gain his trust before talking with him about his medical condition. This made all the difference in the world as my son mentally prepared for his upcoming surgery. The day of surgery was easy, from the check-in procedure all the way to the time he was released. The staff was very communicative & took amazing care

Review is for consultation only, surgery will be in early May...Dr. Pin is a GEM!!! I was already scheduled out for surgery in Austin with a big wig female celebrity surgeon who spent less than 5 min with me, that's fine as long as your talent makes up for poor bedsore manner, it didn't.. after a year waiting for surgery I just started to really listen to my gut and started researching again and found Dr. Pin, kismet is the only way I can explain what happened. I was seen less than 12 hours after calling due to a patient canceling! What are the odds...it's funny there's a review

Dr. Pin is a very pleasant guy with a great bed side manner but its his STAFF that he has built around him that really makes this place special. They greet you by name and remember you on subsequent visits. They are available via phone and email and they work quickly to get you taken care of. This office is a well oiled machine!
I've heard the wait (in the office waiting area) to see him can be excruciating long during afternoon times so I scheduled my appointments for early in the morning before he gets too busy.

Dr. Pin came very highly recommended from top physicians at Baylor. He performed my rhinoplasty and did an amazing job. My nose looks very natural! Dr. Pin is not only a great plastic surgeon, but a great guy! He made me feel very comfortable and at ease before, during and after my procedure!

He was recommended by a friend and a friend and I both had multiple procedures done. i.e. facelifts, browlift, nose, liposuction. He spends time with you and is one of the nicest doctors that I have ever met. He is very skilled and neither one of us had a problem. He treats you like you are his best friend. Excellent bedside manner and is very very talented. I would trust him completely and highly recommend his work.
