Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute is made up of 12 surgeons and state-of-the-art facilities. Because of the experience and expertise of its surgeons, and its one-of-a-kind facilities, it is one of the pre-eminent destinations for plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex, the state of Texas, and the country.
With 10 plastic surgeons in the practice, Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute can offer our patients services in a wide variety of hospitals in Dallas, Plano and Frisco, Texas. Over time, contractions of facial muscles produce permanent furrows and deep wrinkles in the skin, especially around the eyes, between the eyebrows, and on the forehead. These lines can make you look older, angry or tired. Botox Cosmetic and Dysport are made from botulinum toxin A, a therapeutic muscle-relaxing agent approved by the FDA for the treatment of wrinkles.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Dr.Armijo for the absolute amazing work he did. Thank you so much to the manager Cynda and to Brandy. This facility has my upmost respect. Thank you so much Dr.Armijo and his PA morgan for my breast reduction and for my post op after care. I’ve been wanting this reduction since I was 16 years old I am now 22. I have seen Dr Rohrich for my Botox and fillers for over 10 years because I trust him implicitly to always inject the right amount of Botox and fillers so I look natural and refreshed. He always does a full assessment of my face and tells me when I am ready for more or that I’m not quite ready yet and that he will reassess me again in 3 months when I come back for more Botox. He is honest and passionate about what he does and cares for his patients. He is a Botox and filler expert and that’s why he is worth it! I only have one face so I trust it to one plastic surgeon, Dr Rohrich.

Dr. John Burns is beyond kind, professional, and knowledgeable. His Staff is EXCELLENT. I could not be more happy with the outcome of my procedure, and the aftercare has been a God send. I have had absolutely no complications! The facility is Beautiful and they have many amenities to make you feel 100% comfortable. He is patient and treats you as if you are his #1 priority at all times. I never felt rushed or like he was trying to sale me on a procedure I didn't want. His punctuality and humble spirit make him a rarity among st his fellow surgeons.
