Would have been really nice if they had let the neighboring complex know they'd be working on the carport. The carport that borders our fence and is essentially a direct line of sight into our backyards and living rooms. Walking downstairs in my pajamas to have 3 sets of eyes staring directly at me at 7am was a JOY.

I have been living here for 2 years. I have a two bedrooms and I can honestly say the layout is the only thing I like about living here. Its a dual master and its perfect when having a roommate. However management is the WORST! The pool and jacuzzi are always dirty. The outdoor chairs are super old, broken, and dirty. The laundry room is even more disgusting. No one cleans around the property. Like ever! The trash can is always full for weeks and it stays that way. The apartment its self is also very old and out dated. The stove you can tell have been the same one since they built the apartments

I lived in this complex for a year and it was not enjoyable. For the condition of the unit and the area, the rent was far too high. My move in was 1 Oct, but they had me all signed in for Sept 30, so I had to pay rent and utilities for the day I was not actually in the unit. Moreover, the $100 consesion that I was supposed to receive for a year ended Aug 2017 instead of Sept becuase they had me signed in for Sept instead of Oct 1st.

But be warn there is always drug selling on the block, gang members live on the block.
Low income/trashy but a lot of families
Management turn over is about once every two months.
Property West and Irvine Company doesn't care at all about this property due to the location. Their other locations are beauty and managed well.

After living at this apartment complex for one year I think its an appropriate amount of time to conclude my experience living there. I'll start with the pros because there aren't many.
-Close to the freeway (78)
-Spacious apartments with large patios/balconies
-Plenty of street parking
Now cons...
-Within 2 days of moving in our dishwasher and fridge broke down, the apartment was not "move-in ready" as there was cabinets and blinds that needed to be fixed and cracked bedroom and living room windows. There was a strong smoke odor coming from the bathroom, when confronting

This is a dangerous place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE. My friend moved in here a couple months ago. The security is afraid of some of the tenants and wont come to help. One of the tenants rides his motorcyle down the sidewalk late at night. Also, some gang members chased the managers husband into and down the street because they were told they couldn't do something. A REALLY BAD PLACE.
