Our family began our relationship with Dr. Buckley in 2000. I visited 3 orthodontist offices to find someone to correct an underbite for my young son. The first two had no experience in this area. Dr. Buckley not only had experience, he had success! He spoke to my son and assured me that he wouldn't need surgery. Next, my oldest son had braces, followed a few years later by my youngest. Finally, it was my turn. Each of us had different cases, some more complex than the others. Dr. Buckley went out of his way each time to make sure everyone had beautiful smiles. He truly cares about

Customer service: If you are military, middle class, attend church on Sunday, and have a 1950’s family, this place may offer you a good experience (nothing wrong with this but needs to serve ALL customers).
Vibe was part of the good ol’ boy network of the AV. The AV from 20 years ago. You may want to look for yourself or child elsewhere. Started off well, but showed through with time.
Booking: availability is limited and often appointments run late
Expense: slightly above average, but not outrageous

I'm sooo happy I found this doctor. I had a retainer emergency and Dr. Buckley's and his staff were very helpful & friendly. I would highly recommend this office. Everyone was very professional, the office was very modern and inviting. I don't understand why they have so few reviews but they are awesome!!!

Today was an amazing day. Viv had her braces removed. This is the one kid I thought wouldn’t need braces because her permanent teeth where so straight and beautiful. In May she suffered a horrible bike accident that caused her permanent front teeth to fall out. In a panic I reached out on a Sunday to Dr. Buckley, he answered my call, not knowing if he’d be able to help, he had me rush her in. he and his daughter went straight to work. they did everything possible to save her teeth. Putting braces on those teeth to hold them up. After taking care of her for the last 6 months, he felt confident

We arrived for the appointment 30 minutes early so My daughter can be seen on time. The front office personnel was very rude and obnoxious to me and my daughter. She was unpleasant and disrespectful when she met us at the door. I don't think she should be working the front door If she cannot be respectful and pleasant to the customers. Furthermore, my child was called into the chair late (4:50 appointment) was called in at 5:15 pm. Total disregard for my time.

I don’t know how there are any negative reviews on this site about this place. Dr. Buckley is very professional and caring about each of his patients and doesn’t fail to provide amazing service. We payed a good amount of money for my braces but I had a great experience all the way through and was even able to take them off earlier than anticipated. After our experience at bright now dental with my older sister, this orthodontist was a god send!

Today we started my daughters second round of braces and I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Buckley and his staff. To the wonderful receptionist and all the hard working employees you are truly exceptional. If you are looking for a orthodontist who does not rush and expects perfection then Dr. Buckley and his staff are the best.

Dr. Buckley and staff are fabulous. My son's teeth need a lot of work and everything is moving along nicely. Appointments are made to work around school schedules. Generally, you don't have to wait long for your appointment. We have had a few times something went wrong with the braces and had to go in and have them fixed. For this, you can just walk in and they happily put you in between appointments and handle the situation. Again, generally you don't have to wait very long.
We have been pleased and have found most of the Antelope Valley have had their teeth straightened by Dr. Buckley, anotherwords

Horrible experience. I went in for an Invisalign treatment and through it all I'm out 5500 bucks and my teeth are still not straight. Also as soon as they got there money from me it seemed like they didn't care about me as a customer anymore. I was nice and trustworthy to them and they took advantage of me. If you want to save yourself the hassle and stress then look else where.

Great place. They are all wonderful and Dr. Buckley is great with our son. When time for a retainer, make sure to ask them for the double thick one. Most insurance companies will only pay for one and the thinner retainer broke within the first 6 months. Other than that, I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had a nightmare of a case. Dr. Buckley is the third orthodontist to treat me. I wish I would have gone to him from the beginning. It not only would have saved me money all these years but I know that my treatment would have been completed by now. He is the most caring genuine person I have met. He makes you feel like family. He truly cares about each and one of his patients. So much so that he puts on events (completely free) as gratitude. Dr. Buckley is a terrific orthodontist. He has a ton of experience and he takes all the time he needs with his patients to formulate a plan of treatment. The office is new and equipped with state of the art equipment, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are always able to accommodate us appointment-wise and within the time frame required for efficient treatments. We have 3 children, one is complete, one is undergoing phase 2 and looking great, the youngest is undergoing Phase 1 with terrific results so far. If you or your kids need braces, Dr. Buckley is fantastic. When it was time for my daughter to get braces, I chose Dr. Buckley because several of my friends had used him for their children, and they all loved him. From our first visit, I was sold. He is so gentle and friendly with us. He took time to explain to my daughter exactly what to expect and helped ease her fears. She's been in three times to get her braces adjusted, and he ALWAYS calls that evening to check on her and to see how she is doing. I really appreciate that extra special attention.
