She completed her dental education at Columbia University in New York City. After receiving her dental degree, Dr. Iravani continued her education in Orthodontic speciality at one the best universities in the country, UCLA.
She is a proud Bruin and in love with the city. When she is not practicing she enjoys spending time at the beach or exploring a new hike.

My first time ever getting braces and this office made the experience great! Blanca was very informational and helped me understand everything I needed to know. Dr. Iravani is amazing. She knew exactly what needed to be done to get my perfect smile. Jonny was great and helped me prepare for this new journey! Since the first time I walked I the practice, I was greeted with such wonderful energy. A family feel energy. Theorthodontist is very professional and passionate about her art. My dentist recommended this place and they didn't disappoint the staff was very nice and as well as the Dr. she was very detailed on what they were going to to with my sons teeth and the process was explained greatly by the office manager she was so nice and caring.great that they have Saturday appointments which works well with my work schedule

I had been putting off getting adult braces for a while, but I finally got them done this week with Gem Orthodontics. I am so glad I decided to go with them, for they won me over during the consultation. Blanca was so friendly and helpful from the moment I called to make an appointment to leaving with my braces on. She was so patient with me and answered every question and concern I had with delight. The process was so smooth I ended up getting my braces the day after my consultation. I highly recommend.

I am so happy to have found this place on google search. I took my daughter in for a consultation and it was so easy and quick she got her braces at her consultation. Dr. Iravani and the entire staff at Gem Orthodontics are amazing! You will not find a friendlier, more welcoming, professional and dedicated team than you will find here. My daughter was 10 years old when I took her for initial consultation. During the consult, Dr. Iravani was very informative and explained everything in simple words for us. I learned that she has a narrow jaw which could be fixed with an expander at an early age. My daughter is very excited for her appointments and she looks forward to picking the colors for her braces. Now, towards the end of treatment she has a beautiful smile
