At Daddario Roofing, we have a different approach. We have just two incredibly experienced and talented roofing crews, most of whom have been with Daddario Roofing for more than 10 years. Because of our more efficient approach to managing your re-roofing project, we are able to complete the average re-roof in two days.
Daddario Roofing Company works with Real Estate agents and their clients to provide a comprehensive roof inspection report which includes a DESCRIPTION of the roof, FINDINGS, RECOMMENDATIONS (work recommended, and a price to do this work), and LIFE EXPECTANCY. Daddario Roofing Company specializes in Real Estate Roof Inspections.
Daddario Roofing repairs all types of roofs, including composition shingles, shakes, concrete and clay tile, tar and gravel and capsheet low slope roofs. Our repairmen have years of experience repairing roofs and diagnosing even the most difficult leaks. We are usually able to offer a one year leak free warranty on the repairs.

Wow! It's rare to find great customer service these days! Joe McNair, project mgr., went over and above when it came to our basic new roofing needs. He even came out to our house to consult with our contractor about a potential bldg./roofing issue, at no charge to us. The crew was friendly and professional and clearly did a great job as we had 0 leaks during the recent deluge of rain. Two of my neighbors also used Daddario and everyone has been happy and were very willing to refer them to us.

We recently had our roof replaced and polyiso insulation added to our roof by Daddario Roofing. Everyone we worked with was very professional and kept us informed through the whole process. We had many questions and found them to be patient and knowledgeable. They did all needed repairs before installing the insulation and the new roof and explained each part of this process. They also coordinated with the gutter replacement for us. We recommend them without reservation. Their pricing was competitive with other estimates we got. We chose them based on other references we had read and heard

Rarely yelp, but have to shine the light on Daddario Roofing. Our roof needed replacing, and we also needed to add 3 inches of polyiso insulation because we had zero insulation on our roof. Joe was masterful at answering our many, many questions. The crew was friendly, hardworking and super efficient. The roof turned out perfect. The addition of the polyiso has kept our house so much cooler during the early part of the summer.

Daddario Roofing was recommended to us by a trusted Realtor. Daddario was courteous, professional and efficient throughout the whole process from the initial estimate to the final inspection. They walked us through material selection, and explained the roofing process as part of providing a competitive bid. The office staff and work crews provided excellent customer service. The roofing job was performed in a well organized manner, and was completed within the estimated time frame. Daddario Roofing did a re-roof on our house. They did a great, high quality job making the roof water-tight and installing exhaust ventilation. However, when it came to the intake ventilation, they completely missed the mark. After the city roof inspector inspected our roof, he told me they didn't install any intake ventilation. I listened as the inspector called and spoke to Daddario and his words to them were literally "What were you thinking?". I specifically asked Daddario about the intake and exhaust ventilation before signing the roofing contract. At that point I had heard

We have a deck that needs to have the, waterproofing roof redone. Contacted Daddario to get a quote. Spoke with Janessa, she was lovely. Was informed that to get a quote would be about a month, they are really busy, okay can work with that. This is a vacation home so we are not here all the time, it was agreed with Janessa that I would email more information on the project as well as when we would be back to see about setting up a time for the quote. Sounded good to me, until I woke up to a message from them this morning, I hadn't sent over the additional information yet.

Daddario replaced the roof on my house in Fall of 2019. This was a somewhat more complicated job than most since it involved converting from a wood shake to a composite shingle roof as well as adding 3 inches of insulating foam below the roof on the section of my house that does not have an attic.
When all is said and done, I am very happy with the result. The roof looks great. The installation job appears to be very well done. And, most importantly, no more leaks.
