I met with Travis mid last year, in regards to replacing our roof. He provided a quote, which we accepted in writing, this was August of 2018. Since then, he put us off month after month, never giving us updates. When we asked for updates, he would get very upset. I understand that we had bad storms, but we got past that, and simply asked for another update early March of 2019, to ask when our roof may be in line for replacement. His response? "I think you need to get another roofer..." Absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. I think he was unhappy with his quote, and has looked for ways to
