I had to move a dining room set from San Jose to Milpitas. I called Claire and send her pictures. She called back immediately and worked through the logistics and explained how they work and the timings etc. she worked around my schedule patiently.
She send me a confirmation and the timings the day before.
I Was impressed that Claire called me ahead of her team arriving to make sure I was around.
Her staff were on time and very professional. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and took care of my items. They assembled the table and made sure we were happy with the way things were before

Never mind I no longer want you guys to move us. Very unprofessional, poor response time, and you failed to ever confirm or deny service..I'll be sure to leave a review on Yelp. It's unfortunate that the good things others had to say about you I never saw..You really need to be more sensitive to your customers especially when moving as it's already a nerving process to begin with..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there was a number less than 1 I would've given it..

Was satisfied with the move! We had a typical 1-BR apartment, that we needed help on, with moving the big stuff. Bed, sofa, table chairs, about 12-15 boxes. Express Moving 4-U took care of it neatly. We booked 2 helpers who promptly showed up at 8:30 AM, and were done with the moving in exactly 3 hours (2 hours 50 minutes to be precise), but they have a 3-hour minimum policy which makes sense. Claire on the phone was very helpful with all the details pertaining to the move and giving us a quote. I would go with them again if I ever have the need to locally move in and around Fremont again. Very professional service. Communication was great to arrange moving and had no surprises at all, everything worked out exactly as described. Tony showed up with his crew at the agreed time and worked tirelessly and with a positive attitude. Super satisfied overall. BTW, Express Moving charged a very affordable price as well.

I absolutely loved my experience. Two men crew handled my heavy and some bulky furniture amazingly. They didn't waste one minute and they wrapped every piece that needed care including mattresses and bed frames. They put together the furniture that needed assembly. I gave them a little over 20% tip and they seemed very appreciative. In some reviews I read before, customers complained that the movers weren't happy with the tips. I think for the work they put in for 3-4 hours a 20-30% tip is very reasonable.

When they arrived we asked them are you from the contacted company there response was " can you not see it on the truck & what is written on it ", wow what a way to begin our experience!!
Next question that popped up, "you had one week of packing time , what were you doing ( ok have two infants -!) what a audacity to pose such questions !!
The above two questions should have given us the clues of how our next hour or so will be shaped!!!
Providing even a single star is not worth for such an unprofessional moving company!!! . This is very unprofessional for the movers to act

I needed to move out of my apartment on very short notice and they did a fantastic job! They showed up on time and were ready to go; they moved everything extremely quickly at a very affordable rate. I moved a lot of stuff into a storage unit and they did a great job of stacking it effectively as well. I would highly recommend them!
