This office will take advantage of you, overcharge and not honor their promises. I paid 1500 for a crown which was never finished with permanent glue it is now cut open and they refuse to fix it because A DIFFERENT dentist than I was seeing purchased the practice. SAVE YOUR MONEY go to ConfiDENT a much nicer dentistry who is honest and won’t screw you over & they’re not too far. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Georgia board. They will tell you you need Crowns that are not even true they LIE go get another opinion for your sake. I saved over 3K so far as well as unnecessary pain

The office is run by another dentist now. I had my "deep cleaning" done today, but I was very skeptical on the procedure. I was scheduled to have one side done today, then they told me I could have both side done in a same visit. So, I had my four quadrants "deep cleaning" done today in about one hour (Dr.Bae used to spend about one hour for a regular cleaning). No anesthesia and my gum was not numb. After the procedure, I felt nothing. It was more like a regular cleaning than a so-called "deep cleaning". I was not fully understanding how a "deep cleaning" process should be done during that time

As someone who the thought of going to the dentist causes vomiting anxiety, I was completely surprised at the kind care I received. Dr. Bae and Paula were Great. When I had an issue with pricing and asked to speak with the owner, I was told that he was too busy and did not have any time to speak with me. At All! I voiced my concern over this issue to Paula, Her hands were tied as she could not force her boss to take out a moment of their day to speak with a customer. This left me with a "Bad taste in my mouth" so to speak. I do recomend Dr. Bae and Paula as their care is excellent. If cost is not an issue then this is the place to go! If it is (an issue) there is NO ONE in ownership to speak with. Communication

Let me just say that this dentistry fam has the best team. Dr. Bay, Paula, and Debbie are just amazing in their own way. They are all so sweet and my kids love them. Recently my 7 yr old daughter had to go in for a cavity fill in. She had no idea the process of it all but Mrs. Paula made her feel at such ease with her tactics and the way she talks to her and gets her mind off of any pain or discomfort. Dr Bae and her staff were WONDERFUL! I am not a fan of the dentist and of course I haven't been to one in a while. They staff made me very comfortable. Of course, there were issues with my gums but the assistant took very good care of me and made sure I understood each step she did entailed. I was very appreciative and will be making this my dentist!

To be honest, I literally prayed for a dentist after it felt like an elephant was stomping on my nerve. The Lord brought to memory a flyer I received from this office. Came in and discovered I needed a root canal! The dentist and assistant compliment each other and work well together. They give you visuals of what they're going to do and talk you through the entire procedure. Best part they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. I returned for my crown & when it was time to go I literally wanted to give the dentist a hug I was so happy LOL! I haven't been to the dentist in years but

I am, hands down, every dentist's and dental hygienist's worst nightmare. My gag reflex is so severe that I have even accidentally (on REFLEX) hit my doctors/dentists.
I came here initially for a routine cleaning and checkup. Debbie, the dental hygienist is awesome! She put me at ease and gave me a handful of different strategies to try while getting my teeth cleaned, to try to suppress my gag reflex. Not once did she become impatient with me. Today I went in to get my wisdom tooth removed. I was terrified.
But it wasn't bad at all! Paula calmed me down. She turned the lights off, let me lay there, gave me as much time as I needed to relax and she even put a blanket over me! Dr. Bae did a great job at removing my wisdom tooth as quickly as possible.
I could ramble on forever but all I'll say is, I highly recommend this dentistry! They're amazing. A big thank you to Paula especially.

Just had my first visit today. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Heather, the hygienist, took her time and explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Bae was very nice and I felt honest in her examination of my mouth, not trying to find things that needed to be fixed. I have found my "dental home."

Throughout my entire procedure, both the hygenist and Dr. Bae checked to make sure I was okay, multiple times. Whenever they were about to do something that might be sensitive or painful, they were very clear about what was happening and would be sure I was handling it. I was never in any pain, but more importantly, I was never worried about a surprise drill-attack!

I absolutely loved my experience here. I was nervous about going in but they made me feel so comfortable. They knew exactly what was going on and had everything ready when it was suppose to be. I was early to my appointment and waited maybe 10 minutes. The receptionist was very nice and Dr. Bae was so incredibly sweet. She was also funny, made jokes and made my visit that much for fun.
