Coopers Pointe

Lived there for 8 yrs and loved it. Nice size apartments and maintenance was great. Now 3 yrs later it is definitely NOT the same. Hmm..I wouldn't go back there..

Cooper’s Pointe is a great community with wonderful neighbors. The manager Glenda Boyd is excellent. She ensure that the apartments are kept up and maintained very well. I loved living out here!! Ms Boyd, keep up the great work..

Ms. Glenda is a great manager! It truly makes a difference when the manager is on top of things.

If I could give this place '0' stars I would. This place has changed management hands several times in the many years my mother lived here. Each and every time it has gone further and further down hill. After hurricane Florence, my mother's apartment was covered in mold, from the carpet in two rooms, the walls in both bedrooms and and laundry room, not to mention mold on the air/heat return. This place is very unprofessional. I put my application in December 2017 and here it is April 2018 and I have yet to revive a move in date!!!!!! It's one thing after another with them. I've even had to go a redo the whole application bc they waited more than 90 days to start processing it. I only got updated when I called an asked. I was assured over and over again that I was almost ready to move in. I have given them the same informatioon multiple times. I have been trying to move into this place since October 2017. I have been told so many different stories it's crazy. The last story I was told is that my move in date would be 3/27/2018. Only to find out, after I called to check, that I had another block. The only thing this time is that I told the manager the beginning of March that me and my 3 kids will only be able to stay at the place we were at up until the end of March. Small neighborhood, very quiet. It needs something for the older kids to do the playground equipment is very small.
