A very clean and nice place to live. Dog owners are very respectful. The staff is amazing and really tuned in to making sure residents have a good experience. I've only submitted a service request for maintenance once and that was to repair air-conditioner - someone was out in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended.

We have lived here almost a year and just renewed our lease and rent did go up $55 more per month but it's a great complex, overall no noise or drama. Management is very attentive and professional and maintenance is prompt and fixes things the first time and very friendly. We are very happy with our decision to rent here!

We love The Park at Three Oaks! Mary Ann and Liz are amazing and always get back to you in a timely manner. If you are looking for a family apartment complex, this is it. My daughter always has someone to play with on the playground and at the clean well maintained pool during the summer! The maintenance guys are always around to fix whatever issues may come up. We plan to stay here as long as we can!
