If you have a problem with any kind of lock or key, this is the place to go. Problems instantly solved with the correct parts of high quality (not like that cheap stuff at the big box stores), practical advice and clear instruction (if you are DIY-ing). Well worth the drive from any part of the valley. Service is terrific, cost is reasonable, and Wilson the store mascot greets you at the door.

These guys are rock stars and highly ethical. I have a cursory knowledge of locksmiths, enough to know when i'm getting ripped off. When i called these guys their response time was AMAZING, communication was impeccable, and diagnosis/repair was accurate and extremely reasonable. These are the only locksmiths i'll use.

Misplaced my keys to a Thule cargo box. Called and gave key code. Gentleman indicated he would start working on it. Later in the day drove over and he was able to create a set of working keys. He indicated it is not always so easy. He saved me as we are headed off on a trip tomorrow and nothing like having a cargo box on your car that you can not use. I will call in the future if I ever have locksmith needs.

Worthy! So worthy of this review! From the moment I entered until exit, locksmith and key expert Bill, knew exactly what needed to be done to professionally and expertly duplicate various keys, from boat to RV to basically whatever you need! Definitely worthy of driving from Prescott to git'r done right!

Very nice people. I had a custom set of keys for a 65 Lincoln that I couldn't find a match for. I found them here in the original look.
Bill the key guy was very pleasant, took an interest in what kind of car I was working on. Very polite and the keys worked the first time (for an old car that's incredible).

On a Monday afternoon at 1:30 pm-ish I called to get help (based on a local recommendation) to open my mailbox because I misplaced the key. This is probably a five minute job, tops. Owner tells me, after much hemming and hawing, that he probably can't come out to do the job until Wednesday. I asked him if there was any way to come earlier because of the time sensitivity of the mail. He literally laughed and said "no" point blank. I had to get some keys copied for my office door and Wal-Mart couldn't copy the specific shape of key, and neither could Home Depot, so they recommended us to this place.
We walked in and I showed the guy at the front desk (I assume he is the owner) the key and said I would like 2 copies. The key says "do not duplicate" on it, and since Home Depot and Wal Mart didn't even bother to acknowledge that, I figured this guy would just ask what it was for, and once I told him an office door, all would be well.
I had my boss' company credit card with me, as some sort of proof

I needed to get my home re keyed ,so I called around to get the best price. When the first locksmith came to my house after he saw the job the price almost doubled, I told him he could leave and I would call someone else..... The next company was Pinnacle lock @ safe. They arrived at the time we agreed upon,did the job at the price I was quoted ... The tech was very knowledge in his field and made me feel confident in my choice of locksmith..... I would recommend Pinnacle to all that ask for a locksmith..

We bought a large safe from Pinicle . Spoke to a very helpful man named Bill. He pointed out many things that need to be considered when buying a safe. We got an excellent price and free delivery and tie down.
The owner Chris and his right hand man Rich carefully moved the safe exactly where my wife wanted in our office. Then 3 weeks later Chris came back out and moved the safe where my wife really wanted it! Would not let me pay him. We were out of town and I called Pinicle to unlock one of my employees work vans that was locked and running , they came out fast and the charge was very reasonable
