My van was in shop 3 times for an electrical problem . They put in quite a few hours each visit . Tracing and testing wires . They were so frustrated . Said I would have to take it to Honda .
No charges.
A week later I had to replace the battery and everything was working .I went back and told them , offered to pay , still no charge . 😊
Had rear brakes and rotors , 2 smogs and ignition coil replaced in a years time . Always happy with their and gave me a price break every time !
They are honest , reasonable and efficient . I'd recommend them for all repairs and maintenance .

My 1998 Ford Ranger starting making horrible noises when I turned. Alarmed I called Tom's and asked if they had time to look at my truck and diagnose the issue. Not only did they look at my truck in a timely manner, but they also physically showed me what was happening and what needed to be replaced.
The gentleman at the front desk is very professional, patient, and wrote me a quote. My first experience was wonderful. I don't mind paying the money for professionals who are also all around good people.
My friends have also referred me to them, and they always get their cars repaired

Tom's Auto is the best repair place I have ever used. I was there this week and saw how carefully they are following the guidelines for protection during the Covid crisis. They still manage to treat each problem quickly and efficiently. All of their mechanics have years of experience working with all kinds of vehicles. Their parking lot was full Monday, yet they managed to take care of both cars, trucks, and vans and people in a short period of time. I feel so fortunate to have found a neighborhood car repair garage where all of the employees treat vehicles and people with care and concern

Toms Auto Service went above and beyond!!! We brought our car into Toms for an emergency situation. Tom and his team stayed late on a Friday to help us and offered to give us a ride to the rental car company. Their customer service exceeded our expectations in every way. The quality and care that goes into their work really shows in the way they run their business. We are so thankful for Tom, Aaron and their team to help us in our unfortunate situation. Simply the best! Just before this shop was closing , I pulled up with a noisy tailpipe. My car was on the lift and fixed within minutes!! Then without prompting the mechanic wanted to fix the TPMS alert light...hard to find awesome service like this. A true gem of an auto shop! Thank you from the two Wisconsin girls driving to Pismo on Hwy 1.

Awesome service, really nice guys. We were driving on easter and my check engine came on. I emailed through yelp, they got back to me right away and I brought my car in on Monday morning. They accidentally quoted me a little low on the labor and stuck to the quote even though I would have been understanding about the error. Will definitely be back!

First time customer. Appreciated the no-pressure and careful listening from Tom and Aaron. You felt like they had a lot of expertise and knowledge. Trustworthy most importantly.
