A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

I lived here for 4 years and the landlord never fixed things that we needed down when we asked her too one time she tried to say we had our water was with out her fixing and tried to kick us out for it when the pipe on it was still broken, she also said that we had to pay for our turtle when she told us that it was ok because he is in a cage all day every day, our door got stuck and we were stuck in the house we had to call her 5 times and she told us it was not an emergency when she finally came she gave use a bedroom door knob and our door blows open if not locked

I lived here for 2 years. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and very family friendly. Management is not only prompt with returning phone calls but they do everything they can as quickly as possible. It was a quaint experience and the landlord takes effort getting to know her tenants. If you have a family and want a stable environment in a quaint town I highly recommend.
