Gross area thanks to the Tuckers. They are a crooked stain on bright Indiana. Bad apartments, plumbing problems, trash everywhere

Good luck getting your deposit back. Tucker family mob pockets your cash and never fixes anything, the apartments smell of urine (I've been In several besides my own) and good luck getting any sort of maintenance. Finally the guy comes to fix our ac and instead blows it up and leaves with the entire apartment stinking of burning plastic. Then doesn't come back for 2 months in the heat of summer. Thanks J. Tucker and family, you've screwed over yet another clean, quiet and respectful Tennant

Terrible pricing, terrible experience overall. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get involved in these apartments unless you have money to burn and don't care about mold, mice, bedbugs, and filthy conditions right when you move in. Yuck, shame on you Tuckers

Have an animal? Pay the 300+ dollar a month fee. Leave after cleaning meticulously the run down apartment? No deposit. So where did all that money go, Tucker family? Where did it go?

The lady in the office who ran my credit application, and charged me $25 to do so, ran the wrong 4 digits on my social, which has now jacked my credit profile for at least 3 months, according to Experian. I'm 53, disabled, and no income with paid, verified rent for 6 yrs at the same place, and they gave my apt to some kid that's 29 and never had his own place before. I'm not only disappointed in their inaccurate tactics, but I'm happen for the 30 yr old who has had NO CREDIT at all. Thanks for taking care of the disabled, who need these apts without steps.👍🙄✌️

I have been living here for 4 years and it is slowly just going downhill. Maintenance is great he comes whenever you need him. The apartments are outdated some, my stove and refrigerator both have rust on them from being old and over used. Parking is absolutely horrible, they don't have enough spots for everyone to park and it is daily you're playing parking wars with your neighbors. You can complain and all they will tell you is "they are looking into the situation"... I would not recommend if you plan on wanting to stay for years, this place is ok for a quick place to stay and get out after a

We've been living here for just under a year, and we love it. The appliances seem a little outdated, but everything seems to be kept in good working order, and the few times we've needed maintenance on something, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Extremely reasonable rent, great sized bathrooms, two closets and an attic space for storage, and everything is first floor so it's really accessible for anyone with trouble moving around or for when you're moving large or heavy objects. The grass is kept cut and the bushes trimmed and maintained, and it's quiet. We've decided to renew our
