Carrying on the family tradition, with a $4,000 loan from his father and relentless determination, "Marty" founded R&D Heating and Cooling in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, in 1986. With one truck and two employees, Marty being one of them, R&D Heating and Cooling set out to provide lite commercial services with a heavy concentration in residential HVAC new construction and residential heating and cooling services.
