I was so pleasantly surprised at how thorough Ray was in explaining how everything works and what my options were for a full A/C and heat pump system. Last week our propane boiler wouldn't fire up, so I called Tru North. Ray took my call and set up a time for Chris to come out. He was on time (as they always are), quickly found the problem and got us up and running. He saw that we needed a couple of replacement parts to keep the problem from recurring. They were ordered, and 2 days later, Haley from Tru North came out and installed them. Haley is the first female HVAC technician my wife and I have met, and she was great. We had our AC and furnace replaced and Tru North did a great job. I would recommend Ray and his team.
From the initial visit, receiving the proposal, install, and follow-up Tru North handled everything smoothly. Matt was the lead on my installation. He took the time to explain the install and was available for questions. When I had to call the office for questions Sharon would get back to me promptly and be very friendly. I'm satisfied with the work and feel that we have a quality HVAC replacement.
