Michael Kodsi and his team offered patient and knowledgeable guidance throughout the process of refinancing my home. Their system of data retrieval and storage is very up to date utilizing technology at every step. When a document was required, I was immediately notified via their website and submission was simple and their review was timely. The entire process from initial document submission to closing was 5 weeks only. I also cannot say enough nice things about Penny K my loan processor who was terrific. I thought it was impossible for me to get a Mortgage because I didn't have much money and every other Mortgage company laughed at me when I told them I only has a little bit of money. Last thing one wants in a mortgage company are liars. I have been texted and voice mailed by "Sean" stating he's getting back to me....deceptive marketing ploy?.... Not true, never called choice. Also "he"uses Many phone #'s. Instead of not calling as I requested he called at least 4x in 2 minutes.(845)288-9387 is 1 #.

Wow I'm surprised that I am the first to review this company. My husband & I just completed a refinance loan with them and I was extremely impressed with our representative, Scott Leventhal. Scott worked with us very closely from the time we began the process through closing. He was very thorough and patient as we encountered (and eventually overcame) one obstacle after the next. If you have been turned down by traditional banks and are looking for a good reputable local company, then I would highly suggest you give Scott at Choice Mortgage Bank a call.
