I wanted to buy a new home for my parents who have spent most of their lives renting. Unlimited Mortgage Lending has to be one of the most reliable mortgage company there. I was dreading this process and I was scared I would not get a good deal. I purchased an investment property for over $800,000 cash. I thought that I had to wait at least 6 months to do a refinance to get cash out, but I meet Christopher Pierce. Thru him I was able to what he called “Delayed Funding”. I refinanced 30 days later and got my cash out. I am now to buying more properties quicker now. We got approved for 100% financing, but our offers never got accepted. Our loan officer Christopher at Unlimited Mortgage lending took the time and explained to us why our offers were not being accepted and gave us suggestions on where to look, what to look at and how to put in the offers.
