The interest rate stays the same throughout the term of the loan - usually 15 or 30 years - so the principal interest portion of your payment remains the same. Payments are stable but initial rates tend to be higher than adjustable rate loans and often cannot be assumed by a subsequent buyer. This is a loan which must be paid off after a certain period.

Very easy to deal with, always answers phone, even on personal time, and does not charge extra fees like many other property managers do. Only charges flat rate for months that a tenant is in the property; if you don't get paid, he doesn't get paid. Highly recommended by many military tenants and landlords in the San Angelo area.

I am a female and when I first called him to make an appointment, he was very rude to me. But then I had my boyfriend call him and he was very friendly to him. Which told me he is sexist. Then when we went to look the home, he only acknowledged my boyfriend and totally ignored me. Then after a bit we decided not to look at the house since the owners did not allow roommates. Then he scolded us for wasting his time. Which showed us he is unprofessional. I will never use him.
