Have called multiple times attempting to purchase new lighting and channel letters for my chain of retail stores. Keep getting the “hold and we’ll transfer you to who you need to speak to” and no one answers or ever returns my calls. Stopped by this morning, and some smug front desk attendant was outright snobby and rude when I attempted to inquire.
