Services
JJR specializes in the fabrication and design of machined parts, sheet metal parts and assemblies, thermoformed products and components for customer specific applications. The majority of parts are built with aluminum and high strength alloys to create high strength and low weight for aerospace components and products.
Our machining department utilizes 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC Vertical Milling machines to provide cost-efficient production of machined parts. Our state of the art CNC equipment provides tight tolerances and excellent surface finish for small to medium size machined parts. Our Haas ST 30Y CNC Lathe with auto feed gives us MILL-TURN capability to eliminate setups and run lights out.
Our sheet metal department efficiently manufactures sheet metal components and assemblies. Our press brakes form parts up to 6 feet long and our wide range of tooling accommodate virtually any part design. JJR adds value by offering component assembly, giving the customer a complete product. Rivet installation, adhesive bonding and insert potting are common processes we accomplish with quality and precision.
We produce many custom formed extrusions and metal parts. These parts are used in various aerospace and commercial interior applications. We take advantage of proprietary in-house tooling design and manufacturing to produce these unique parts. Precision forming, trimming, drilling, assembly and coating ensures a quality part with flawless appearance.
JJR has provided composite products for a variety of customers and applications. We work with our clients to engineer and develop prototypes and production parts. We design and develop temporary tools for prototypes to validate concepts. We work on site to assist with changes to models and tools so we can modify and supply new parts quickly.
