Jon is awesome! He helped us purchase our 1st house. He's breaks everything down for you. Any questions we had he answered. He was available during the early evening hours to talk over the phone. Emails were answered timely. He just went above & beyond in making our dreams a reality. Got to finally meet him in person on the day of closing after all the email & phone conversations. Jon and his team are very thorough and effecient in processing our refinance. Kept us informed throughout the process. Most lenders I've worked with gets you through the process and forgets about you. Jon is different. He stays in touch and gets to know you and your current situation/needs. Much like a family, he's helped us with the various situations we have had. Even when we thought we would not qualify or when others have turned us down, Jon and his team found a way to help get us out of a difficult financial stuggle.
