The roots of modern mixed martial arts can be traced back to the ancient Olympics making one of the world's oldest sports.
DMA has an extensive and comprehensive kids program, for kids ranging from 8 thru teens. Your child will learn fundamental techniques improving balance, coordination, discipline, self-awareness and self esteem. Don't be mistaken by your preconceived notions of traditional martial arts classes like karate or Tae Kwon Do.
