LeMar, is a great place to live. Especially with its open floor plans. For your on the go lifestyle. Near the 5 freeway, and the 91 freeway which you can connect to go any where.
Its pet friendly and resident friendly.
Also great that I can have my family visit with an open yard where they can have there fun.

I've been living here almost 6 years and I really enjoy it! Whenever I have an issue the manager Pamela is quickly to resolve it! Maintenance is quick to react and work clean and quick to get their jobs done! I see the manager Pamela and her Husband inspecting the property on a regular basis and when I see them they always stop and say hello and make conversation with me! I'd highly recommend this apartment complex if you're looking to move into the Fullerton area there's plenty of quick shops and small places to eat nearby and schools are just a quick safe walk.

Lived here for 2 years recently moved only because I bought a house and the manger name was pam she was very friendly and nice and always quick with a response and a great manger I've lived in multiple apartments and I can say this was one of my favorite places to live and pam was definitely the best manager I've had to date!!!!!!!

I lived here with my wife. Terrible management and WAY TOO OVERPRICED. The neighbors did nothing but smoke weed, drink alcohol and play loud music. The property manager lived on-site and never did anything about these issues even though it was right outside their door. When I moved in I was most excited about the wood floors after the property manager said they recently installed new wood floors. Then I quickly discovered how cheap they were, the wood floor was basically a sticker and it would always lift up, it looked terrible! Worst management I have ever dealt with in my LIFE. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not move here and do not ever rent with the Remm Group management, they are so unprofessional and they do not care about their residents. After DEALING with three different property managers, they were all the same: unwelcoming, fake, and rude. These apartments are so overpriced and are located in a very ghetto area. When I moved into my apartment it was not even cleaned and there were still belongings in the apartment from the previous residents. Throughout the one year I lived here it was a living hell

When we moved in here everything was great I was not told about us paying full utility bills .. they even charge a processing fee.. Not to mention that they added a new bill without even giving us a warning I already pay gas and electric and the new bill states that I have to pay heating of energy . There's no amenities there's no pool there's no barbecues there's no garage we pay well over 2K a month to live here with nothing

I do not recommend to apply to these apartments.
All you see at the apartments is people smoking, drinking, and what not in the parking lots. These apartments have degraded alot because people leave trash and cigarette buds outside, trash in the parking lot. Looks like many ilegal activities in the parking lots. Parking sucks too!!
