I have never been overly impressed with their willingness to help with claims, but today was the icing on the cake! I just noticed my home alert discount had been deleted off my homeowner's policy when I called Ryan Russ's office I was told a underwriter did this 🤔 so I called state farm customer service and they told me that in fact Ryan Russ's office removed it so I called Ryan Russ's office back... This time the same person told me that they had sent a TEXT message (which was never received) and then took it upon themselves to delete this from my policy know good and well I have always had
