Everytime I called to try to schedule a pick up they said the van isn’t working it’s in the shop. Then finally once I heard it was out a d running they then turned me away stating they don’t run the vans on weekends. There isn’t a lot of means for wheelchair transportation in this county and here these people have this fabulous advertisement but it’s just a pipe dream. You should be #Canceld

Critical: Professionalism
I made numerous attempts to contact this business and they never answered or returned my calls or email. I can only assume that they are no longer in operation or they just don’t want my business.

Horrible they left me and my 83 year old father who's in a wheel chair stranded, i called five minutes after they were supposed to show and the woman on the phone was so rude and just said they weren't going to show.

Great at picking up from your house. Called them for pickup from the doc and was told one hour. At an hour, I was told twenty more minutes. At an hour and a half, was left on hold for 6.5 minutes before I hung up and called them back. Then I was told another 20 minutes. It's been two hours since the original call, an hour longer they originally said and still no one. My 73 year old wife sitting in a wheelchair for two hours. I could have pushed her home in half an hour. Never again.
