Scott is amazing! After going through another company to get a quote to replace our garage door and track, that we thought was unrepairable, I found the website of Discount Garage Door and Opener. I sent a request for quote and assumed it'd be like any other request, you may get a call or response in a few days, if you're lucky, or maybe a week. With our track record of handyman services we always expect the worst. I checked my email the following day and I see 2 emails, the first is 3 minutes after my request and a follow up email in less than an hour. I called as he requested, left a voice mail

Don’t waste your time with the other guys! Discount garage door is one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in a long time. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Scott has a great attitude. He replaced a door and opener for my parents that had been giving them trouble. He will definitely get our business in the future!!

I called Scott at Discount Garage Door & Opener Monday Morning because our door wouldn’t open. He was on another job but responded within a few minutes. He was able to come by and look at the door later that same day. He was very thorough and was honest and informative about our options. The next morning he came by and installed a new opener, walked me through the programming and cleaned up and hauled off the trash and old opener. I responded to a FaceBook post made. They responded quickly, set an appointment, showed up on time, sent a text when they were coming my direction, addressed my issue quickly for the price I was quoted! Come to find out after speaking with the owner he is a veteran. This is a professionally run business, that I highly recommend! Knowledgeable, professional, punctual, respectful, and reasonable... what more could you want from any service company!
