I was impressed with the technical experience that Jonathan, the business owner, has. The garage door needed some service adjustment as a result of the original installation. Jonathan identified that the torsion shaft was not level with the plate bearings causing wear. He leveled the shaft properly and readjusted the door spring.
Jonathan’s experience also proved invaluable when he replaced the garage door rollers. The garage has a very shallow space on one side so he had to move the door in its entirety so that he could install the rollers with out an issue. It was impressive to watch and affordable

Really great experience. I have a very heavy garage door, and thought I might need an expensive new system. One company came out and offered to sell me a lighter garage door, but it’s been part of the house for 15 years! Maplewood came out when they said they would, diagnosed the problem quickly, and simply fixed the existing system for (obviously) a lot less money than new. Well done! Highly recommended! (Jonathan was my technician... very polite, responsive, and clearly knows his job well.)
