I was offended. I asked a lady for a specific bead type, she looked at me crazy and said she's never heard of such a thing. My last visit I went along with a friend and after he bought some supplies, we were leaving the store and the woman raced over to where I was looking at bead spacers to see if I stole anything. As soon as we walked into the door there was no hello or how are you doing ?can I help you with something ?They did not offer us help in any kind away all they did was stand there and Kept on watching my eight-year-old daughter and me from a far and then when we move they would walk right by us and that’s it didn’t ask if we needed any help customer service was awful because they didn’t have any ,thumbs down👎🏼

Odd, disappointing experience. First off, they have to buzz you in, like it's some sort of speakeasy. I walk in, there's a few cheesy plastic tables of stuff set up. Literally no one asked me if I needed help, if I was looking for anything - not a word. No one even approached me or seemed friendly in the least. So, 5 minutes later, I go to leave, because I couldn't find what I needer, and obviously no one wanted to help me in any way. The door won't open. Literally, won't open. The gal (finally noticing me) sorta half says loudly in my direction "I have to open the door to let you out!" OK, THEN

I have used Rings & Things as a source of some of my jewelry findings, natural stones and Swarovski crystals for a few years now. For the items I get, they have excellent quality with the right wholesale prices to match. There are some items that are overpriced for wholesale, or perhaps not the level of quality I want (e.g., some stones) so I get… those items elsewhere. They ship very quickly so I always receive my orders quickly.
Another thing to note is they have a different sale they post at the beginning of each week. So if you don't need an item immediately, it's a good bet you

When I started out as a jewelry maker 20-25 years ago, R&T was one of the first companies I ordered from (mail order) that offered great prices, quality products, a wide range of products (a WIDE range!), especially before I had a wholesale license. Still true today! The customer support team is AMAZING. They've actually helped me work out custom orders for MY customers. Their integrity is amazing, a rare commodity in today's world, and the more you buy, the better the price gets. This is my "go to" store for buying supplies for my jewelry making. They used to comes into town once a year and had phenomenal sales while here. I'm much better off bec i always spent WAY too much! They're still my favorite place to buy my supplies. The people who work there are amazing... Always VERY helpful!

The store is clean and organized and the merchandise is very well marked. The staff is extremely helpful and eager to assist. Chris was great and explained how the store works. YOU NEED TO SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE. . I have been customer for more than 20 years. Started with them when I was a tiny user, then grew and grew to the point where I rarely ordered from them because I needed to go direct to factories, then, returned to them now as I am downsizing.
The most satisfying company to deal with anywhere. I even met the developer, RUSS at a trade shop. HE WAS A TRIP
