Had some sizing work done and then less then 2 months later my stone falls out. I would think that while it was in the shop they would have checked the integrity of the piece. Lucky for me I had the stone, so I went to ask them to put it back in. Full price to do that work, then $20 off. I want half price, no. Walked away. They are not getting any more money from me. If your looking for a Full service jeweler, they are not it. They should have done their do diligence when the piece was in their shop.

Had an issue with another jeweler and let's just say I was upset and stressed. Called them first to see if they could do the repairs and they were so friendly and relaxed me. I was also going to look at another just in case. Walked in and was greeted by several employees and brought my ring up. The gentleman looked and started checking my diamond and Jen looked at the ring. Every one was so sweet and extremely kind. Jen made my night we laughed and talked numbers but at the end of service I was so relieved and felt I found my new jeweler!! I did not go to other location felt they took care

Absolutely blown away, the care and attention was above and beyond. Went from a bad experience at another jeweler to an exceptional experience at Tracy's with same day delivery on my ring. They were able to get me set with a wedding band around my existing ring, set and back to me by end of day.

The worst experience ever in this establishment the watched me as if I was there to steal, and when they found out I was actually there for a interview the refused to give me a real one escorted me out like I didn't belong there. I felt they treated me different cause of the color of my skin, made assumptions about me because of that too. It was 2 years ago..IM NOT MISTAKEN

They have wonderful prices and they are super friendly. I highly recommend Shannon. Not only was she kind and nice, she was really good at selecting a few different options for rings for me to choose one. She can answer anything questions you have about the right ring design, material, the diamond and a bunch of other useful tips. Me and my girlfriend are going to go back and get our engagement rings there in the future too.

Shannon was an amazing sales associate. She is friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. When something happened with my ring Shannon and Sean made it right without me even asking. They stayed late so that they could deliver my ring on the day they promised since I live out of town. I recommend Tracy Jewelers and will never go anywhere else after this.

They refurbished several pieces of jewelry for me and did a great job . The only issue that I had with them was one of the girls told me that my pearls were not real. These were pearls that
I inherited from my grandmother and they had been broken. Her pearls were a big deal and several people in my family were quite distressed that grandmothers pearls were lost.Since I liked them I went ahead and had them restrung anyways. Their pearl expert indicated they were indeed, real pearls when I picked them up . Had I not like them I probably just would've tossed them... And that just makes me sick

I had an opportunity to visit Tracy Jewelers today and honestly couldn't have met nicer people. Sean and Maureen went out of their way to assist in having some jewelry appraised from an estate. We looked at a couple of places downtown and ended up here last...glad we did. We found the staff to be super helpful, especially Shannon as she immediately understood what we were looking for and within minutes we found the perfect rings. We even met the owners and jeweler; it's a nice family atmosphere. Not a large store, but seems to having everything you need. Highly recommended and happy to support local businesses!

I had previously been to Tracy Jewelers for custom work on a pearl & necklace—which came out wonderfully—so I thought I would come to them again to get some work done on my Claddagh ring. My husband surprised me with upgrading my diamond in my wedding ring. No special reason, just because. We went to Tracy Jewelers and it was a wonderful experience. The owner took time to educate us on diamonds, what the difference is in cut and clarity. He was patient, took his time and really cared that we were happy with our choice.
