While ClearSpring is capable of compounding hard to obtain medications, the administrative hassle associated with the prescription filling process borders on ludicrous.
I have been a client at ClearSpring since Spring 2019 and I fill two compounded medications every 90 days. The script dosages and frequencies have not changed in nearly three years. The challenges started because ClearSpring only seems to process my refills on the last day of my prior script. Then the pharmacy staff drop the script in the mail, which has repeatedly left me short on medication for 2-3 days while I wait for USPS

Many of my family members were able to EASILY schedule and receive the Covid vaccination. The staff was amazing as they answered any and all questions we had and were incredibly flexible and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend this pharmacy for all our future RX needs. It is a gem in the neighborhood.

They deserve a higher rating probably, but my last order, which was to be mailed was screwed-up and after a week of waiting, I called to find out that even though I had given them the new credit card number, it had not been processed. A couple items were placed on hold but when I asked for it to be filled, the items could immediately be sent. They were hormone replacement therapy items that needed compounding, which they do well and they were recommended to me by my caregiver in Boulder, Colorado. They are a little over an hour from Longmont, Colorado - in Littleton, just South of Denver. They

Excellent service. This place is awesome! I called to inquire if they could fill a prescription that the cherry creek location could not in any timely fashion because they were out of product. These guys had it, transferred the prescription, and had it filled In less than 4 hours!! I'll be forever grateful!!!

Prescription and refills not ready when promised, four different times now. If there is any issue with your prescription they won't let you know about it and will let your prescription go unfilled until you call to ask about it. They will not auto refill or bother tell you they won't auto refill like every other pharmacy. Instead, you are supposed to magically know additional paperwork charging you for refills exists. I even switched to the Southpark location since that is where they actually mix your prescription and they have also not been ready when promised. This last time, the woman

The pharmacy uses the highest, legitimate quality compounding substance I've ever found to be helpful for my specific condition.
The staff is friendly, an willing to help.
I would give 5 stars if I lived in the Denver area. Unfortunately not all ppl do. Driving to Littleton takes me over 6 hours. I've gone through 9 spine surgeries, with permanent spine damage and can no longer drive that far.
I now have to depend on procuring a ride, which can be difficult, or depend on mail delivery making my rx later and later each month.
I have a permanent spine injury that will require some medication
