Prime Care Transportation, Inc. is a New York State-certified provider of non-emergency medical transportation services in Buffalo, NY and its neighboring areas. It is our duty to safely and comfortably transport our Western New York clients to and from their medical appointments, whether it be doctor's appointments, dialysis treatments, or hospital discharge.
The compassionate, professional team at Prime Care Transportation, Inc. are fully aware of the challenges of a patient, especially when traditional means of transportation are not suitable. Through various non-emergency medical transportation services, we aim to transport every patient to his or her desired destination in a safe, comfortable, and timely manner.

Sat in lobby of ECMC after appointment from 2 :30 until,5 pm,husband disabled in wheelchair callec 6 times and each time given different information about pick up finally nice receptionist in ECMC lobby called and was,given pick up of 3 to 5 min finally they arrived at 5pm

One star rating is one star too many. They deserve zero. The first appointment we set up for transportation they were 45 minutes late and the doctor refused to see the patient. We set up a second appointment with the doctor and this time we set it up 45 minutes earlier than needed. We received a confirmation that they will arrive at 9:11 AM. It is now 10:58 and still no one is here in spite of multiple assurances that the driver is on the way. This company is horribly run and should be avoided completely. Surprise surprise, finally showed up at 11:00 AM and the driver says "I am waiting for the

I had to the at the doctor's by 1:30 pm. So prime care set up ride for 12:30 I called to confirm ride they said we will be at my place on time.
1 PM came I called and told them they have to be here now. It's a 20 minute ride.. 115 pm still no ride I called and the man said 30 more minutes. I said no it will be to late. 130 pm I had to call dr and cancel. Still don't know if they are charging me no show fees.
Called prime care canceled the ride and told them I don't want their company any more.

I understand there’s a hour waiting period but if someone isn’t busy they shouldn’t take more then a hour. me and my client wait almost 2 hours for rides it shouldn’t take that long and the receptionist always has a smart mouth. The women.

I had an appointment with a resident at ECMC and it was over at 11:40. I called at 11:45 and they said it’ll be 30-45 minutes to wait. 2 hours later and I’m still sitting here waiting to be picked up.

Company that's always willing to go extra mile and help customer ... owner christine is always friendly and helpful ... husband lives over an hour drive from the company and they are always on time for pickup and dropoff

I retained Prime to transport my bedridden wife and her aide from Harris Hill to Millard Suburban for a 10:00 A.M. CT scan. Upon arrival at 10, the driver said that, rather than waiting there, he preferred to "go sightseeing around the area for a while" and would return in an hour. The scan was completed and my wife and her aide were ready to return to Harris Hill at 11:15 A.M.
I received a call from the aide at 1:15 P.M. informing me that he and my wife (on a gurney) had been waiting for two hours for a return ride. I immediately called Prime and was told "the ambulance was on the way and would
