I’ve probably booked Buffalo Black Car Service about 15 or more times over the past few years. Always reliable and professional. Even when my flight is hours late they are there in the early morning hours. Highly recommended and won’t use anyone else when traveling to Buffalo.

I was picked up on time today by Robert. He drove me from Buffalo to Akron Ohio. The car was very clean, and Robert was very professional and enjoyable as a travel companion. I highly recommend Buffalo Black Car Service. David was on time, very professional and even managed to drive down our street to pick us up despite the fact that our street was being paved!! That helped us a lot because I was on crutches!! We will definitely be using this service again.

Having my daughter fly home for a quick visit for the first time from her college was scary enough so finding a car service to take her to and from the airport was just as important. Tony and his drivers (Larry & David) were not only on time but were also safe drivers. I keep a safe tracker (which my daughter is aware of) on my daughters phone for safety reasons and it keep track of her movement but especially her speed when she is driving. Tracking her and the speed that the drivers were going was way below the speeding limit. It showed me how responsible and caring they were in getting my daughter

I called Tony at 8 pm on a Saturday, 2 hr before my daughter landed in Buffalo asking if he could arrange a car to drive her to Erie, PA. He quickly arranged a chauffeur(Larry) who met my Daughter at the airport with a sign when she landed. I chose Buffalo Black Car Service over Uber for Safety, reliability, simplicity for my daughter. My experience was really good. They are very professional, the vehicle was super clean. I was extremely pleased with their chauffeur service. Tony was very helpful with helping me book my reservation to be picked up at the airport. The driver was helpful as well. If I ever need chauffeur service again in Buffalo I’ll definitely be calling this company.

I couldn't be any more pleased with every single part of my experience. I have a 16yr old athlete who was visiting a local university. It was last second and Tony took the wheel and was awesome. Talk about outstanding service! From the moment we requested a quote to even a few hours after our drop off we experienced top notch and very professional service. Tony was always prompt and helpful with our inquiries and David (our driver) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. David even sent us a text hours after our drop off thanking us and wishing us well.
