I've been to this salon twice so far and I hate to say it, but this is probably the most unsanitary nail salon I've ever been too. First the towels used are "white" but they are so dingy and stained that I thought the woman doing my pedi was using a dirty towel. I asked her to exchange it and the clean towel looked just as dirty so I just let it be. There was also no sanitizing stations in between people. Once my pedi was done I moved over to the nail station to get fills and there were someone else's old cut nails still at the station. My mani came out nice, put the paint

I've been here 4 times to get my feet done and I've always enjoyed my experience. The gentleman who helped me today had no customer service. He asked me what I wanted done I said my feet. He automatically sent me to the nail polish instead of giving me options. I told him I wanted gel because it last longer. No problem. He tells me to sit down and turns on the water and walks away on his phone ( Was on his phone the entire time). He left the water on hot so it was steaming I could literally see the steam coming from it and had to take my feet out. He didn't offer me any of the different types of

Nails dried with bubbles in 5 of 10 nails. Went back to the salon to make an appt for them to fix it the next day and they told me the tech who did it needs to fix it and she wouldn’t be there on the day i wanted to come back. They insisted on me staying n waiting for them to fix it or I would have to pay to have someone else fix it. Why would I want the same person who messed up my nails in the first place to fix it? And why would i pay to have my nails fixed? If it was done properly, I wouldn’t need to have them fixed. Unreasonable and poor customer service. I would not recommend anyone to

Husband and I went for a deluxe pedicure. $38 shown on the menu. The nail tech asked us what scrub we wanted that was included with our deluxe. I specifically asked right after this statement “so it’s included with the deluxe?” To confirm - And she said yes. My husband goes to pay after we’re done and they charge us $100. I confronted the lady and she said the scrub cost extra. Apparently $24 extra dollars although she previously communicated to me otherwise twice. If you want to be taken advantage of, look no further, this is the place for you.

So far my experiences have been very positive. I love coming here. However, knowing how difficult it is to run a business let alone one that is very saturated. I would like to provide CONSTRUCTIVE advice. To improve transparency and to avoid upset customers due to price surprises. Confirm the service the customer is requesting and the exact price at the desk before taking the customer to a chair. This will build customer confidence in the brand and create long lasting customer relationships. The other thing that is EXTREMELY uncomfortable is when the customer is ASKED FOR A TIP! That is unacceptable

So, I thought I was happy with the nail dip and pedicure, but a few days later and I realize there are cracks in my left heal making it uncomfortable to walk. He had nicked my right big toe by the nail and then left part of the nail. I had to remove that last night. Lastly, they are breaking (chipping). I had them done Wednesday and I noticed all of these issues Friday.
I am about 2 plus hours away so the only way for me to fix it will be to go somewhere and pay again
The pros were, I got in quickly, the price was fair and the nails looked good at the time. I am super bummed bc I'm up there

Nancy is the best!!!! My first experience here wasn't wonderful, but I must say now that Nail Spaz is one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. I bartend so my hands are constantly wet and I'm kind of rough on my nails.... Nancy took the time to make sure my nails were perfect, and not only beautiful but the quality is great. Even with acrylic my nails would chip bc of my job...... I've had my manicure for about two months now and it has never chipped once!!!! Thank you Nancy!!!! I get so many compliments everyday at work!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!!

WILL MAKE UP THEIR OWN PRICES AND NOT THE PRICES DISPLAYED!!!! I've been going here for a little over a year, once a month to get a pedicure every time and it's always pretty okay. Never amazing but never horrible. Today I went In with my mom and asked for the same exact thing I have been asking for for over a year and the total came out over $25 than it should have. And when I brought it up the lady in charge swore that was right and even knew who I was since I go in so often. Do not go especially if you have never gone before because they won't honor prices they have clearly displayed

I got my nails done here a couple weeks ago, and they didn't last a week the first day 3 tips broke off and by the end of the week over half of them were already gone, I peeled the rest of the tips off with my hands. The acrylic was soft whatever they used wasn't the right stuff. Horrible experience $65 wasted here!!!

I have been visiting Nail Spaz for a few years now. They have brand new pedicure chairs, and every single color you can possibly think of. I prefer OPI polish and they always have the new collection in both gel and regular polish, which is great for matching my gel mani to my regular pedi. They also have a ton of dip powder colors and other brands. I like that there is always a movie playing with subtitles so you can read the dialogue over the noise when it's busy. Everyone is very friendly and the place is clean and brightly lit. It also is well ventilated, so it doesn't smell like

Just moved to the neighborhood, got my nails done. Left with an uneven file with dips and bumps on my nails. No big deal I could get past that. I come back in less that a week later due to breaking a nail. My bad accidents happen. I arrive at 7:17 manager tells me they are close as I see employees willing and able to do my S I N G L E N A I L. I'm in shock as I checked the hours online and it stated 8 o'clock, as the closing hours. I tell the manager I wouldn't be back in the area until Monday.. I waited to post a review until I'd had a chance to process what happened. My friend and I don't usually get acrylics but decided to treat ourselves for New Years. Unfortunately, my nail tech didn't seem to care how I felt about my nails. It felt very rushed. She didn't stop to ask if I liked anything and just continued on. I wasn't happy with my color and when I asked her if we could change it she got very angry and told me how much trouble it would be for her. I apologized multiple times but the experience was ruined. I left with nails I sort of liked and tipped $20 because

This is my one and only nail salon I will go to here in orlando. The staff is nice and they offer complimentary beverages such as white or red wine as well as bottled water. Very clean atmosphere and always look to accommodate the clients. Weekdays around 12pm is usually the time to go because the rush isn't until later afternoon hours. Even when it's super busy you don't even have to wait long.. they get you right in!

Very very busy at all times! I've tried to call before and they told me to just come in and they still had 20-30 wait time. With that said, the quality of their SNS/dip manicure is great. It usually lasts 4-5 weeks for me. Sometimes they rush through their pedicures when they are extremely busy, but it's still a $20 classic pedicure. The SNS is $40, which is a bit on the expensive side especially since they don't give you a manicure and just change the color. But it lasts! They also show movies at the spa which is nice to pass the time.

First time I came, I was truly surprised how well the tech Tracy did despite all the negative reviews. I have naturally long nails so I'm always reluctant to go get them done. Came back almost 3 weeks later (after calling on two separate occasions to request the nail tech I got before)and they kept telling me she's off. I went in and there she was. Wth? I get a girl named Mimi. the young tech wants to charge me to keep my natural length? Are you serious??? That's ridiculous. Do you charge people for short nails? This was the loudest, most unrelaxing experience I've had in any Orlando nail salon. The movie they played was so loud I couldn't hear the nail tech. Also a bunch of women yelling in Spanish next to me didn't help. I could NOT WAIT to leave and would not return. Only giving 2 stars because the girl did a good job on my pedicure but it's truly a circus in here.

I have been coming to this Nail salon for a couple months now. I thoroughly enjoy their service given by Kaylee. She is very talented and professional. I often get SNS or Gel mani-pedis and can count on them to last for at least two weeks if not longer. I am currently in the service industry in Orlando so I take my grooming very seriously. Ask for her and you will always leave happy!

The staff are friendly and very good at what they do. I have gotten several pedicures both regular and deluxe, gel nail manicures and recently I had the nail tech do some cat nail art for Art Right MEOW art show on my fingers and I LOVE it!!
They have one of the largest selections of nail polish, gels, chrome, hologram and more that I have seen in Orlando. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. I enjoy the cloud light covers they have to cover the florescent lights.

Decent nail spa. I called three days in advance for an appointment and when we got there, the appointment didn't seem to really matter. The chairs were nice and comfortable. The massage function was different and good.

Went on a Sunday at 11 am and it seemed to fill up pretty quickly.
