We have been here several times with various vehicles. Ron and Cliff are professional, and their estimate is always competitive . The best part is that they have exceeded our expectations every time. We bring our cars, trucks and RV's all the way down from Fallbrook because we know everything will be done on time and perfect.

Bumper doc is a highly professional body shop. I went in for a quote after being referred here and was expecting it to be high just because I was told how great of work they do. It was not. It was actually lower than the other places I had gone to. They did incredible work. Same day turn around. Can't even tell where the damage was. They were both so kind and polite. Thoroughly explained everything. Great communication. Very thankful I was referred here!

Searched around for shop to clean up my rock chips. Took my car in to get an estimate. Spoke to Ron and Cliff getting my hood and bumper repainted to look new again. Ron walked outside to see all I wanted fixed. I was looking around the shop at work that was waiting to be done and work completed. I was really worried about paint matching. Ron assured it will be done looking like factory.
I received my car back 2 days ahead of schedule time to pick up. Upon seeing my car the work is definitely top notch. It looks like it came right out factory. I cannot say how happy I am with the matching of paint

After the front end of my wife's vehicle was damaged I brought it in for repair. I have a pretty good business sense, so decided to go with Bumper Doc even though I had not checked the reviews. My decision also hinged on the fact that a previous estimate (from a reputable shop I've used before) included replacing another costly part as opposed to a repair option. Ron recommended replacing the same part, but agreed to my request for repair only. However, he informed me that since this was not the best option that he could not warranty it. Not a problem for me.

When the repair was underway

This review has been long over due. I've been to BumperDoc multiple times for wheel repair and the staff have been very professional and helpful every single time. The staff at BumperDoc are not out to take your money, they always offer solutions to save the customer money. I've had my cracked wheels repaired there many times over the past two years and unlike other stores their quotes aren't all over the place each time.

They're always looking out for my best interest by giving me options and by not doing unnecessary work that will end up costing more than I would have to

Great staff and Quality work! Needed a new bumper, 5 gal bucket punched a hole in my bumper......Amazing work! Can't tell any difference between old and new. They got the job done in one day! The have a state-of-the-art paint/drying booth and you can tell the paint/drying really is high end!
They also offer window services and change out of windshield along with everything else. So even though it says Bumperdoc.....it's an everything body and paint business. I'd come back in a heartbeat to have work done here...Staff were really professional and easy to work with. Thanks

I had put this project off for a long time because I couldn't find the right place and wanted it done right. Glad I waited and through Yelp I read Great reviews from previous customers. A good sign!

Bumper Doc did a fantastic job on my bumper and my doors. Couldn't even tell that there was damage there before. They are friendly and very helpful too. I would recommend them to all who is search for a quality body work and affordable too.

My son erroneously booked some repairs. It was an honest mistake. It's my fault. But when we asked for a refund the next day, they were vehement in their fight to keep the money, saying they will keep it on file for future work. No costs, labor or parts were expended. Why can't I get a refund? Their attitude and customer treatment was so aggressive, they could keep the money. In the end, I did get my refund when Amex reversed the charges. But what a terrible experience over such a small mistake. Give your business to another company that really values potential customers.

Don't go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. My car is 15 years old and even though it has low mileage, the body left something to be desired (not my driving, of course...). Just before Christmas I damaged the front of my 2015 Porsche 911 GT3. I had pulled into a parking space and didn't see the concrete parking block. The concrete block damaged the front underbody and the front bumper.

Very bad actors today. argumentative and hostile: the fellow, came out took a cell phone pix of my car and me and said "I know where you live"

Prior to that: -- wise cracks in the office: no one wearing a face mask,
I came in to have a front bumper reapired or replaced. - the place was refered by one of our mechanicx- fellow, says, my mechanic can not- do bumpres-- etc etc. --

Best of all the chap, in the parking lot the comes closer and closer to me, like macho man, then tells me to keep social distancing, I have on my N-95 mask, and have a code of social

BumperDoc came through for in more ways than one. Massive door ding, deep scratches on rear trunk previous paint job was poorly done by a different paint body shop looking at it now it has a rich deep luster almost wet look to it. Also I added a aftermarket bumper that prep and fitted as if it came from the factory. Ron who runs the shop & Cliff who is the lead at the shop is very accessible and great customer service oriented and is extremely polite always found time to take my call and time to see me in person when I had concerns.
