They tried to do an alignment on my car and couldn't do it, and charged me any way. I know the law allows for "good faith" attempts, but they're abusive. I also know a mechanic that used to work there and he says he stopped working there because he didn't like the way they conducted business. I also have gotten other stories from people that have been there and they didnt like how they were treated. So...?

I had emergence break issues while traveling. Saw this shop and pulled in. they saw I was in a jam , It was nearing closing time and still pulled the truck in , fixed it and had me on my way in under 2 hours . These guys were a God send in my time of need ! Nice folks !!!! thanks so much for all your help.

Beware!!! This business falsely rejects vehicles especially if you're a female bringing your car in for a normal state inspection. I made the mistake of letting them know I plan to contact the local safety inspector state trooper and drove off before realizing they didn't fill out a rejection sticker stating their station as the rejecter. This small detail will keep them from getting a ticket this time but proves even more they're a farce. Please tell everyone you know and share on all social media!!

They did my inspection, changed my oil, and fixed my tail light in an hour and a half and charged me the least I've ever paid for these services. The guys in the shop were also really kind and tolerant of my toddler who had to wait with me, and did their best to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Everyone is friendly and professional and they did a great job!

My transmission blew and I left my vehicle on the road with plans to have it towed by AAA (someone helped me push it to the side of the road). The Sheriff's office told me the State Police would give me 24 hours to move it as long as it was not a hazard/blocking the roadway. Later, after the State Police towed it to this place, they explained if any of your vehicle tires are on the roadway it's deemed a hazard. I was ok with that, lesson learned. I called the Alignment Shop the day after it had been towed (the vehicle broke down in the night) and explained I would like to have the vehicle

I wish that there were an option to give this shop a lower score. I have been to this place on multiple occasions and had terrible experiences each time. The first time I visited the shop the mechanics tried to convince me to make an unnecessary repair that would have cost me more than the price of my car! The mechanics were adamant that this "issue" needed to be addressed. When I got a second opinion from another mechanic, he explained that the repair they suggested was completely unwarranted and a waste of money.
