Used to like this spot but since Covid they've not updated their website or anything. Voicemails go unreturned. Web messages too. Their outgoing VM message hasn't been updated. It's unclear whether they're open and though they say there is online booking, there's nothing available on the site. Sorry it is a rough time but we want to support you. So let us know one way or another.

I just finished a 5 appointments hair removal session with Alex and I couldn't be happier with the results. Each appointment was delightful, efficent and relaxing - Alex's kindness shows in her care and personal attention. The rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is very professional, clean, and respectful of privacy. Plus, it's super easy to park right around the corner. I would definitely go back and strongly recommend Elyssium for your skin care.

Not worth the money. At all. They miss spots and go really slow so that the hour goes by so fast before they get much work done. In my previous laser place prior to moving I was able to get a FULL laser session within an hour even less than an hr actually! bc I'm very petite. At Elysium they didn't even do half in one hour. No exaggeration. Also, if u want to look like a tiger with stripes of hair that was missed go right ahead. I believe my laser tech was named anna or something like that. Staff is very nice tho but I don't play when it comes to wasting my coin.

I've been doing laser hair removal and laser genesis with Alex and she's absolutely lovely. My problem areas are still being addressed but Alex is so sweet and does her absolute best to explain everything and tailor the treatments as best fits the clients needs. Alex is always gentle and she never acts rushed or as if she'd rather be elsewhere. Can't recommend her enough. She obviously cares about what she does and takes her job seriously. I’ve been to many various places offering skin peels, laser treatments and the such but I felt compelled to share my experience at this place. My boyfriend I came in and spoke at length with the NP about my skincare regimen and products I use and treatments I would benefit from. She gave me false information a number of times-one being that you CAN mix salicylic acid with vitamin C (if you are into skincare and have done minimal research, this is a no-no). I didn’t correct her on any of the information she offered, I just proceeded to listen. My boyfriend wanted to buy 2products and I did not

Really like everyone at this place. They are kind, and real and they don't push packages. Yes, they go over the packages with you (I have had laser here, they were excellent) and they reminded me that I would need to purchase by the second visit. I chose not to. No pressure, no attitude, same excellent service. I will update when I've tried the facials.

I have been going here for nearly a year, Jackie since day one! She is thoughtful, professional, and always uses caution. She got my skin perfect for my big day! Their practice is a medical spa, so do your research! You cant just dive into any treatment, your skin takes time to adjust to new products/treatments and it takes more than one visit to see drastic results. Also if you are going in for a treatment I suggest coming in with no makeup (since your face is being washed). Prices seam fair but again save for this because its worth it!

I'm writing a review for my experience with Allison! I've now had two hydrafacials with her, and I just wanted to talk about what I enjoyed. Allison was very patient and gentle with me. I have sensitive skin, and over the years have had issues with facials that strip my skin too much. Allison was very thorough, getting rid of all my underlying blackheads and pimples, but when I left my skin was not bright red. In the days after, I have noticed how clear and bright my skin is.

The best of the best! Katie does the best hydra facials I've only been twice and my face looks AMAZING! I get so many complements. My skin is so bright and clear. I also had a laser treatment by RN Katie and she was so friendly! the treatment was smooth no pain or discomfort.
