Crouch Environmental Services, Inc., founded by Kay and Greg Crouch in 1994, began as a dynamic, two-person team offering expert and specialized environmental services throughout the country. Under their leadership, the company grew to become a flourishing operation providing a variety of services, including environmental, GIS, communications, video production, graphic design, and more.
The company is most well-known for its biological services, wetlands services (delineation, permitting and mitigation), a thriving National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) practice and expert public engagement and communications services.

Crouch Environmental Services, Inc., founded by Kay and Greg Crouch, operated for 25 years as a professional environmental consulting and public involvement firm beginning in 1994. In early 2019, a buyout of the company was completed. Kay and Greg Crouch currently provide Independent External Peer Review services for major public infrastructure projects throughout the US.

Our efforts and expertise have yielded numerous national and local awards, including, among many others, the Small Environmental Business of the Year from the Port of Houston Authority in 2008, two Council on Environmental Quality Spirit Awards for wetland mitigation projects (San Jacinto State Park), and an American Society of Landscape Architects Award of Excellence for the design and construction management of the Baytown Nature Center in Baytown, Texas.

To support this development project, Crouch Environmental Services performed a variety of biological resource studies, including a wetland delineation, habitat assessment, and presence/absence survey for federal and state listed species. The project site, an existing 3,000-acre residential subdivision, is located between Interstate Highway 45 and State Highway 59 in southern Montgomery County, Texas.
