Royal Suites accepts admissions seven days a week. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and many insurance plans, as well as private pay. Our Director of Admissions can assist you with insurance and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and help you in maximizing your benefits. Our staff works closely with hospitals, doctors, discharge planners and social workers to ensure a smooth and easy transfer to Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation.

My Father was in and out of this facility about a year ago from September to December. He had constant urinary Tract infections that landed him in the hospital several times.
When we were able to visit him in the hospital he looked like he had not shaved in weeks and had terrible bed sores.
Finally in December we kept him home and he was able to spend the last year of his life with better care.

Funny how my review isnt here anymore. i posted it 4 weeks ago to warn anyone thinking about going to this facility to run as fast as you can. terrible place. they posted an answer saying to contact them... what a joke. why would i contact them, after speaking with supervisors while there

My mom was a patient at Royal suites, she passed away after we removed her from the facility to get medical care for a UTI. She also had an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm that was the cause of her death. Her UTI infection was untreated, I know this because the Dr. ordered a urinalysis and when I went to see her which I did everyday, she was in bed at 2:00 pm the specimen cup was in the bathroom. No one had gotten her out of bed to go to the bathroom. When I went to her bedside the potty seat was empty and had been sitting on the floor all night and day. The staff in this facility are unbelievable. The care they show to each and every patient is a breath of fresh air. The facility is always amazingly clean and well maintained. The food in this place is always super tasty and flavorful.The.The therapy department is second to none, they take amazing care of each individual. I would highly recommend this place to all friends and family. They make me feel really comfortable knowing my loved one is well takin care of.

I would highly recommend Royal Suites Healthcare. My grandmother is currently a patient on the Rehabilitation Unit. The Rehab Department is wonderful. Administration has been so hospitable and personable. The staff is very positive, hopeful and uplifting. My grandmother has enjoyed participating in the activities that are offered such as the frequent parties and art classes. The nurses and nursing assistants are all very warm, attentive and knowledgable. Their patience and understanding shines through. My husband been here for 30 days and this has been an unbelievable experience. Everyone in royal suites has showed such love and care towards my husband always going out of their way to help us feel comfortable. They made us feel right at home. The therapy department is amazing! The food is always nice and tasty with multiple options available daily for each meal. I highly recommend royal suites for anyome in need of great care.

I find employees at Royal Suites to care about your well-being. The facility is always spotless clean laundry is washed and folded for all residents when needed. I can see that this facility has recently been beautifully renovated and they make sure that everything is perfectly maintained. I truly felt like this was a home away from home for me in my time of need. The respect towards the residents displayed by the staff was truly unbelievable. I found the food to be exceptionally flavorful and healthy. Michelle and Lindsey in the activity Department were extremely caring towards each resident.

I had an unbelievable experience at Royal suites healthcare. This place is always clean and smells great. The staff are always warm, friendly and courteous. Having been to other facilities before this one definitely stands out as an amazing place for rehab. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of rehab. Five star facility!

My mother is currently a rehab patient at Royal Suites Healthcare. We chose to transfer her here because we had been told the care was excellent, and we are thankful that we did! She has been here for a few weeks and this is by far the best facility. When you walk in the doors you are greeted by friendly faces and the lobby is reminiscent of a beautiful hotel. My mother’s nurses and aides are so very kind and patient. The Nursing Department is truly wonderful. The Rehab Department is friendly and knowledgeable. My mother’s social worker Heidi has been so thorough in explaining her plan of care
