PT/OT here were great for my dad - he came back home physically great. Only issue is that there is no communication with callers. Family can't visit but nurses and techs would never answer the phone or return messages. My dad had tests done while in there but I can't speak with any regarding the results - we still don't know how they went. When he was picked up he was dropped of in the lobby and I had to go in and help him get his shoes on and into the car myself. No nurse or tech was available to help or answer any questions about his medications or the life vest that he is now wearing - so we

Yes I only want to gave this place one star review. Some of their staff members need more training on how to communicate and understand things properly. Please stop being rude. If you work at a place like this, you have negative attitude, you need to learn how to improve the attitude. I am not pointing fingers at all. But this male employee was rude. Communicate rather then showing attitude. I definitely understand there are people who have good experiences. But it seems like the rating overall it’s not so good. If you want to send you love one to this place, make sure it’s necessary. Ensure

One star is too high of a rating for this place. My aunt is currently a resident at this facility and she is being treated horribly! We cannot get in to see her because of the pandemic. The staff here is rude and abusive. She says she goes hours upon hours sitting in soiled diapers. We are in the process of notifying the state so they can investigate. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!

Everyone at Our Lady's Rehabilitation Center has been so friendly and good to my mother,. Unfortunately, due to some health issues over the past few years, my mother has had to go to a few different rehabilitation centers to recover and Our Lady's Rehabilitation Center in Pleasantville, NJ has been a very pleasant and positive experience. My mother, who is usually uncomfortable and wants me to stay with her all the time, actually told me to go home within the first hour of her being at Our Lady's Center. She stated she felt totally comfortable and at ease. The staff truly cares about their residents
